Breakfast Menu "Taco Bell" Soldotna

Very frustrating experience. Ordered online so I could get in and out fast. When I arrive the lobby is closed and there are 8+ cars stretched out of the drive through into the parking lot. Turns out they are short staffed and the lobby was closed due to that. If that's the case I would recommend turning off online orders. The point of online orders is for the folks that don't want to or don't have the time to sit in the drive through. Chips (and chip items found in crunch wrap and burritos) are ALWAYS stale. Consistently... like it's pretty bad. The folks at the window were decent. Just not very accommodating 🤷

Wow, went to Taco Bell today 5/6/2023 order was wrong, horrible quality, nothing in the taco, worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, hands down.

No vegetables on the tacos or in Crunchwrap. Tacos were way too salty. Super disappointing and low key ruined my appetite. It’s usually good but they seriously need to work on their night crew cause that was just bad.

Posted hours state they open at 7AM but on multiple occasions I pull up after 8AM and they informed me that they are not open for another 15-30 minutes. This morning my kids and I were running behind so I told them we could go to Taco Bell instead of having breakfast at home but when we arrived at 8:11AM, again they were closed. I had already placed my order on the app and had to cancel it but I’ve still been charged which the Taco Bell employee stated wouldn’t happen so I’m going to have to follow up with corporate which I imagine will be fun. Aside from that, there is no consistency at this Taco Bell. Half of the time the burritos/tacos have very little filling. Ask for no tomatoes or sour cream, there’s a good chance you’re getting them anyway. Edit: Kids wanted to try again this morning so we did. Rolled up at 8:26am & there was a line so I took that as a good sign. Each person passed through after enough time that they could have placed an order but when it was our turn, no one was there. I gave them more than adequate time to respond but no one answered. I pulled up to the window & beeped out of frustration but no one came. They were accepting a food delivery so there were employees there but they CHOSE to ignore customers that were there an hour & 26 minutes AFTER opening. They really need to get their “stuff” together as this is ridiculous.

I showed up at 11:30 am and the doors were locked, I came back at 12:30 the doors were still locked. They claim they are short handed yet 3 of them are all standing around doing absolutely nothing. Finally got in at almost 1 pm and am informed I have to put my order in on the kiosk (ok) I was told they didn't have time to take orders. They are throwing the f bomb around infrint of customers.

Food was soso. Quality of veggies was poor. Lettuce was browned and tomatoes were green and flavorless. Staff was friendly. Parking leaves a lot to be desired. Restrooms 🚻 were in need of cleaning. With limited fast food, it's not a surprise it's only mediocre... better off getting something from a grocery deli section

We ordered taco supreme bundle which comes with lettuce tomatoes cheese with meat. They clearly were out of lettuce and said nothing. So when i go to eat the taco I'm expecting it to be there and i was disappointed. It would have been nice to be told that they were out because i would have chosen something different.

Worst experience I have ever had. Waited 30 minutes for our food. 4 items total. Watched more than 20 drive thru orders go out to 5 orders over the counter. Asked to speak with the manager and he refused to even come to the counter and explain why the 39 people waiting in the lobby were being ignored and the drive thru was priority. On top of that watched two couples come in that knew the staff and place an order and walk out 5 minutes later.
