As I was driving up to the window I forgot to add nachos to my order so I asked to add it in and the girl said I had to drive around again. WHAT? By the time I would go around my food would be cold. Asked to make a separate order or cancel the order and she said she couldn’t do that! Lol! Instead she slammed the window door on my face and walked away!! Not only stupid but rude too! Said to drive around again but I decided go the my other local Taco Bell

I ordered on the app for drive thru. I order 2 chalupas, 2 crunchwraps and a chipotle ranch chicken burrito. When I got to the speaker, I spoke my name and waited close to 5 minutes for the guy to come back and tell me they found it and to go to the window. When I got to the window I waited another 10min min. before receiving my food and left. When I got there there was only one car ahead of me. When I left the line wrapped around the building and spilled into the street. When I got home I opened my bag to find the Chipotle burrito was not there. Checked the receipt and sure enough i paid for it. How can these people spend so much time on one order only to forget to include part of it. All the info they need to make and pack items for a customer is written on a screen where they can all see. Now I have to go through their "Customer Care Team" to resolve the issue which is a joke and has a less than stellar record of resolving or following up with disputes. Might be better off filing the dispute with the credit card company. Not the first time I've had issues and I doubt it will be the last. I apologize for anyone behind me at the window but from now on I'll be checking the bag in full before leaving the window.

We ordered 2 craving boxes. However they just put all the orders in a bag without the box. When I went to the window to pickup the food, I asked the server if she has put the sauces in the bag as I ordered through the app. She said Yes! I decided to check the bag and nothing was in it. Basically she lied to me.

Still one of the best places for late night food. The App is still little glitchy at times but definitely an improvement. Great for when you want to just grab n go.

Every time I go through the drive through there is an issue. I ordered for delivery and there's an issue. Maybe instead of focusing on speed, you should focus on accuracy.

I honestly love when they try to kill me with the amount of jalapeños they’ll put on my quesadilla. The employees here are really nice! If they make a mistake they’ll correct it no questions asked. Food is always hot.

Got home and my food is ice cold I live less then 10 minutes away. This place sucks there freeze drink sizes suck. There large freezy is like a small or a jr cup somewhere else how insulting. Will never go there again.

Ugh it's taco bell u either hate or love it... I mean maybe you just deal with it once n a blue and hav a craving....idk
