Got my 3 soft supreme tacos, when i reached to unwrap all three were very cold, like out of the refrigerator. I went through the drive thru to have them re-make and spoke with the MOD, who copped an attitude with me and told me ‘pull around front, we have customers behind you’… What am I?? I’ll tell you what I am, a former customer. This place needs an overhaul, less entitled Serve-us mentality and more customer service. Very sad
I’m sorry, that I have to report this, but the owner of this place, should know about, how difficult and careless are his working team members. It’s, bunch of young people who are not supervised, and are making ordering very difficult. Very, sad!
Most nights the girl in the drive thru is very rude and a couple times we went they said they were only open for Uber eats . Like don’t have your drive thru lights if you’re not open. A lots of times there’s items missing from order or done incorrectly
Worst Taco Bell EVER! OK the food has never been warm!! How gross!!! The crappie food isn't the worst part though. The exstreamly rude staff. Let's hope for Del Taco!! At least the staff is nice!! And the food is ALWAYS hot! Sebastopol Taco Bell blows!!! Cold food and horrible service! Bring on Del Taco!!!!!!

Employees have horrible customer service and horrendous attitude !!! I had to wait for 5 minutes to get attention because employees ignored me and when the lady asked me for my order she had a bad attitude
