Food was fine. Service from guy was nice. Although he was smoking by front door.
I made a late night (around 1:30am) online order tonight and I got half way home and realized the food was wrong. I am a picky eater so I called to have it remade, the employee (whom ever she was) was very kind and very helpful. I was expecting there to be some kind of attitude due to it being close to closing, but surprisingly I got no such attitude. A refreshing change in scottsboros late night food service! Thank you guys for helping correct my order swiftly and thoughtfully. Keep up the great work guys!
It's a hit or miss with this place. Sometimes the food is good and they get the order right and everything in the bag when you go thru drive thru BUT sometimes it's bad. They've Sometimes make the food wrong or burn it. Also when asking for extra meat and you pay for it they don't give the extra. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG TO MAKE SURE YOU GOT ALL YOUR FOOD and that's made right. They do fix it tho if you call and let them know.
This place is nasty! The staff are very disrespectful! Found hair in my food told them about it they was like well nothing we can do about it but we can remake it if you come back! I was only passing through!
If you guys want hair in your food every time you go somewhere, go to scottsboro Taco Bell. I found hair on my food on two different orders. I found at least 2 beard hairs on top of my chicken quesadilla, then a longer hair inside of a burrito the 2nd time. That was absolutely disgusting. Wear beard and hair nets, and maybe consider getting a lint roller.
Everyone takes drive through and the line sucks, but inside is a forgotten oasis most days. It's well kept, food well preped and over all a 4.65 outta 5 IMO.
I never get the correct food and when i do get the correct food its not prepared correctly. I ordered a breakfast box and they inform me that they stopped doing breakfast early and offered to exchange for other items however what I paid for and what I got was vastly different in price. I paid 11 bucks just for a crunch wrap and a crunchy taco. I ordered a breakfast crunch wrap, hash brown, and Cinnabon delights 2 pack and idk but what I paid for and what I got seems a little lopsided. Have a nice day.
Received our order, and all of it was upside down, slung out in the bottom of the bag. The pizza had beans on one side meat on other side it wasn’t mixed up slopped together nacho fries was upside down dumped out of the box Chalupa, inside of it was at the bottom of the bag. The service was friendly. Cinnabon’s were hot.
