They wanted correct change or credit card. Then on top of that all the food was old hard and cold. The guys at the window had attitudes. So they for sure got to see mine after during off and finding the cold hard food in the sack.

We stopped in for a quick bite. We saw they were open for sitting inside, so we went in. If you order an ice tea, they will get it for you. If you need a refill, they give you a new cup. We got a 5 layer burrito and a Mexican pizza. We were really hungry, so it tasted great!

The employees at this location need better training. Asked for 2 beef chalupas and got 3 bean burritos. Mind you we were the only car in the parking lot. Got 2 drinks and only 1 straw and when we asked for another straw the employee decided to argue with me that he already gave me 1 straw. Last time I came here they were out of taco meat. Will never go back to this location.

No tomatoes does not mean 10 or less also its gross when you just pick them off and send it right back out and since it's an allergy it still can't be eaten so it's money wasted. However they are always very polite and the restaurant is clean!!

this place has dramatically decreased in ever way the food is awful the service is awful went through and not one thing was correct on my order plus missing items

I enjoy stoping by in between going to my Walmart stores. It's quiet but friendly. Everything is made correctly (as I been eating taco bell since I was a child). Always clean inside!, Update for 5/10/2023 Still a good store to visit. The store did have issues with giving wrong orders and such but I seen someone new at the counter today and she was friendly as ever

EDIT: I unfortunately have to change my review. We have had a few less than satisfactory visits recently. Our most recent trip was at 9:00 pm through the drive through. This process was over half an hour from when we ordered to when we received our food. 20 minutes to the window and 10 at the window. We were told via the app that the drive through was the only option available and saw no one ordering in the lobby, however, our 4 tacos and 2 sides of rice/beans took at least 10 minutes to make as we were their only customers they helped from the time we got to the window to the time that we got our food. My wife also wanted to try a cantina Taco but it had a soggy/broken Taco shell and had to eat the whole thing with a fork. No plasticware provided for the rice/beans so we used our own. Wife also ordered a spicy potato Taco and had what seemed to be a small piece of wet paper towel in her Taco. As for my food, it turned out well and I didn't seem to have any issues myself, which is what is keeping this at a 2 star review. It wasn't entirely bad, aside from my food not taking too bad the cashier did apologize for the wait. I've always enjoyed Taco bell and no, I'm not expecting a 5 star meal from every visit. I'm also attempting to genuinely provide constructive criticism. Small tweaks are all it takes to get back on the right track. My wife and I enjoy trying restaurants that range from "fancy" to fast food. This location blew me away a few years ago in a way that fast food restaurants aren't supposed to. It would be great to see that again someday! I HAVE INCLUDED THE PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM 3 YEARS AGO: This store is always over the top! Customer service is better here than any other fast food restaurant I've been too! Food is always made quickly and accurately. The first time I thought I caught them on a good day but it's been very consistent! Highly recommend this place and would like to know how they motivate their team so well!

This Taco Bell location is in the next town,about 15-20 minutes. But I gladly drive here if we want taco bell.
