had a super easy + quick experience today (6/28 around 6:45pm). The gal at the window was so sweet and quick. I asked for her name so I could mention her in this review, but she had a unique name so I forgot it! She’s the best though!:) My order had a lot of substitutes and everything was correct as well. I previous avoided this Taco Bell because it would take forever for mediocre service and long wait times, but recently they’ve been great.

Went and got breakfast from this location this morning and this is how it turned out. Barely any egg in it and lots of sauce I asked them to not put in it. Prices go up but quality goes down, that is the new pandemic.

I've mentioned on many occasions that the sodas taste like chemicals. Idk what causes this strong chemical taste to come and go. My orders are correct 80% of the time which is good enough.

Don’t waste your time here. App malfunctioned when I placed a small order, (still got charged) and staff tried to have me pay for another. I contacted my bank to get reimbursed, and highly recommend the two locations on Rittenhouse. Better food better staff.

Stopped by a couple weeks ago to try the Dipping Taco with shredded beef. Ordered and got our food back to the table and noticed the tacos had ground beef, not shredded. Took them back to the counter to point out the error and was told that this is how they are being made now, that Taco Bell changed them. I asked if they were now less expensive since they are using a less expensive meat. Was told rather rudely that no, the price is the price. Taco Bell website still shows shredded beef, as did the sign in that store. Bait and switch to save money and screw customers???

All of the fast food restaurants in this area seem to be competing to be the worst, and this Taco Bell is taking that challenge seriously! I've been to this location 3 times, and every time they were out of what I wanted to order. You would think that all locations would stock up on the new advertised items, but not this place! The hard shells were stale, they were out of the first 2 fountain drinks that I tried, and service was super slow. I definitely will not be back to this location.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable my fiancé was eating the double steak Burrito and pulled out a thick black hair, only to find another one after looking then when I opened it up another one. Manger offered to make another one why would I want your food after that. Unsanitary , will never eat here again not surprised so many bad reviews at this location

It's good just clerk kinda rude about giving me bag when picking up uber order. Food was good just anytime I get a box no bag an cooled by time I pick it up.. my tempe location is hot still 30 min later cause put in bag right away.
