I ordered for dine in. Yet the order was given me bagged up. Good so, because some of my orders were missing. Why they ask questions." Is this order to go or dine in?" Also my burrito was cold. 🥶 However, the rest of the order was warm.

You have to order your own food. Took 30 minutes to get it. Couldn't even cancel our order. This is a management issue, not employees. If they are short-handed, close dining, and only do drive thru. Put a note on the door explaining this.

Required the use of the kiosk, than took over 30 minutes to get the order. Which was prepared wrong. Had to go back three times before we got the order complete. They forgot the drinks on top of that. Tried to substitute regular tacos, for supreme. The Cinnamon Twist where rancid!

There were 5 employees working. No one taking orders at the counter. It should not take 25 minutes to get 6 tacos and a burrito. The only other customers in the location who was ordering we got there it took over 30 minutes or longer for them to get their food. Keep in mind it wasn’t a “peak” time

There are no opening times listed on the door. Employee walking in claim they open at 9 for breakfast. Why open at all if you are going to open significantly later then most people go to work? Or is it the people inside are too lazy and don't want to serve the public?

Making me use a machine or app to order makes me want to leave immediately. The young woman who helped me was great.

The food was hot and fresh.. I was messing some of my order but it was quickly fixed

The food has zero flavor, no spice whatsoever and the Baja Blast was light on syrup and flavorless.
