today 9/2/23 just before 11am my family stopped to eat. on walking in I noticed the floor was sticky. all employees were setting in the dining area having a meeting. No one acknowledged just walking in. While I prefer to order food from a person at a register I want to head and use the kiosk. After Receiving our cups I started to notice how dirty the entire restaurant was! food on tables/floor, trash under the tables and the odd smell like the trash had not been taking out the night before. After receiving our food, I noticed one item was wrong, I went and stood at their registers for quite a while before anyone acknowledge me there. It took several minutes from my item to be fixed. Overall, I think this could have been a much better experience if employees were doing their job!

The food was delicious. Had an issue with my order and one of the workers with helping me fix the problem with my order. I was able to resolve the issue. Also, the young lady who handed me my order was super nice.

The girl on the intercom was polite until I said I didn't want to round up 95 cents to the next dollar.. then snatches the money from me and slams the door. Another sweet woman gave me my food. Then guess what.. There is a freaking HAIR in my food.

The worst, smh. The drive thru cashier was extremely rude, and had horrible communication skills. I felt rushed while ordering, I was asked ,"what else!" Before I could even get my next item out my mouth. When I received my food I had to ask for sauce even tho it was rushed out of me at the drive thru box. The drink I ordered was out and instead of informing me about it before I ordered she decided to just give me whatever . I won't waste my time and money again 👎.

The worst place to get fast food. Half the order is always missing and THEY DONT COOK THE FOOD. Literally got a cheesy roll up for my son and it was just cold shredded cheese thrown into a cold taco. This place is pitiful and full of lazy people. I was the only person there so there is no excuse to why all this happened.

I should have taken a picture of the burrito too, I thought I’d let it go and then I get to this quesadilla not even cut all the way through and hardly anything in it. Food is consistently under made and if they mail you coupons for their mess up this location doesn’t accept them.

I asked for a veggie powerbowl with no cheese, no sour cream and no avocado ranch. I am allergic to meat and dairy. After asking them to fix it once because they hadn’t gotten it right the first time. I had received another bowl with pieces of chicken and cheese disguised under the rice and lettuce.

If i can give them a zero i would !!! THE MANAGERS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE BAD ATTITUDES!!!!! And then the general manager TARQIKA is the worst supervisor ever !!
