Extremely rude in the drive thru.. Id say unprofessional but it’s Taco Bell. Not everyone that comes through is drunk or high. Started mocking what I said after asking for two bottles of water with the order and you hear all workers start cracking up over the intercom? Mexican pizza was dry with no sauce and Cinnabons were just loose in the bag. They usually cut up in the drive thru but not to this extent and the order is normally okay to eat. Seeing the reviews below… not much point in calling.

Well I was actually gonna let it go that I only received one Mexican pizza that I ordered. But then to open up my soft taco Supremes and find nothing but cheese in them I’m pretty pissed…

If it was possible id given 0!!.. not busy at all and taking long to make the order... 3 meals all squeezed on a small bag! Tacos all broken and chalupas magically turn into burritos once i unwrap.. hell naah... poor staff capacity.. if yall dnt like ur jobs why be there making pple go thru a bitter experience

Ordered drive-thru. They got our order and it was correct, but the taco shells and chalupa shells were stale. The 5 layer was assembled weird and the fountain machine needs calibrating. With all the menu changes of taking away the good stuff and then serving stale it's a wonder how they are still open. May give another try different date, but that's TBD.

Just tried to go through the drive through and had to repeat myself 3 times because they were too busy chatting in the back to listen to my order then proceeded to to tell me they didn’t have rice, beans or lettuce. When I asked for suggestions of an alternative that they could do they just laughed about not having any of the staples their food items rely upon. Opted not to purchase anything.

I called to see if they had the chicken wings was told yes but only after 2pm. 2:30 I arrive to get them and the guy at the speaker said they were closed, at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon!! I ran some errands on my way back I passed them and saw a line in the drive-thru, guess they finally opened. I was able to get the wings. They were hot, fresh, and crispy on the outside but they reminded me of the fried wings you can get from Walmart. So not really impressed.

I’ve so had it w this location! Food is ice cold AGAIN, they forgot half our meal items & the others aren’t even right. You’d think they’d do better after spending all that $ on renovations! They need to work on their STAFF!!

I sat in line for like 30 minutes and no one came to answer me. Then I ordered a freeze and the lady said “We don’t have any freezes at the moment” once we pulled up to the window they did indeed have freezes ready to go. She also forgot 2 of my drinks and sauce.
