The workers have good customer service skills. One thing though is that they don’t always get your order right which is understandable because some of the employees here are high school students. Happy hour ($1 drinks) is from 2pm-5pm for drinks only. The building is a clean place, very nice and updated and it smells clean. The bathrooms are also clean. Parking is plenty and there are no trash laying around on the ground. The landscaping is also very pleasant and well maintained. The drive through is tight, it’s very narrow! Some cars have scrapped their way through at some point in time. Especially bigger vehicles. Also, every so often you will get a very, very rude person/customer who just doesn’t care about manners, other customers and are so entitled! They of course are immature and lack self control. The place can get loud and rowdy at times. Some people I tell you! The pay here starts at about $16hr then it goes up from there depending on the position you work. But compared to other fast food places nearby, their pay starts a little higher.

Always a helpful staff there. They are crazy quick to get that food out! There was a little mistake on the order and it was quickly resolved. The food was prepared well and tasted great.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Bell. The Mexican pizza I ordered not only looked unappetizing, but it also lacked essential toppings, making it a sad excuse for a Mexican pizza. Additionally, the bean burritos with sour cream were a letdown; there was hardly enough sour cream to justify the price. Overall, a dismal experience that left me unsatisfied and won’t be returning anytime soon.

This is both about this particular Taco Bell and Taco Bell App. I got a limited time breakfast discount offer on my Taco Bell app so I ordered a couple of breakfast boxes. I got the "something went wrong" message when I clicked the check out button. After failing to check out several times on the app, I went to this Taco Bell and asked for help. The manager said they won't honor the discount since it's on the app. I guess I should not be surprised since this Taco Bell won't honor the lower price on its own menu board beyond the counter when there's a discrepancy between the menu board and kiosk. The staff simply told me that the manager hadn't update the menu board yet.

Switching up my initial review a bit. Stopped in today (August 15th, 2023) for a quick-- super hot so wanted to avoid drive-through and eating in the car -- bite. The restaurant was incredibly filthy throughout and not one staff member seemed even vaguely interested. Very off-putting. Will seriously reconsider another visit.

Here's the thing. The food is always good and my order is always correct. The service I get is always good, and the guy at the window was great, considering the madness tonight. With that said, the one 🌟 is only because there is always a wait at night here, but tonight, I was trapped in line for 33 minutes. I have not a clue wth was the hold up, but what I do know is that they were not short staffed.

The restaurant is overrun on weekends and after school by teenage boys who leave electric bikes and scooters strewn across walkways blocking foot traffic. They loiter in the dining room, being noisy, talking loudly on cell phones, walking in and out holding doors open for long periods of time allowing flies to enter. They order water and fill their cups with sodas while being very oblivious to their behaviors on others. Staff does nothing at all to stop or control them. It is VERY unpleasant.

The employees are better than any other chain out there. They treat you with respect and at least deal with patience when you make changes to an order
