My husband and I visited this location after many years without any Taco Bell. We tried to order from the kiosk and ended up asking if the employee could help us by taking our order. He did but he told us that he wasn't supposed to. As we were getting our drinks, we overheard the manager scolding him about taking orders over the counter. She was very rude about it. I felt bad for him. There was an older customer behind us in line that he also helped. He suggested we use the mobile app, that it's easier to navigate through. The store was dirty, the trash over flowing onto the floor, and it was slow... about 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. We won't be back. The food was okay and we paid $20 for two meals. They should at least have the menu posted like they used to.

Had ordered through the app got home and opened my food missing two burritos and my Mexican pizza was smashed so I went up and had them remade. I just got home and they still managed to mess up my order. How do you mess up an order even when you have to remake it? That doesn’t make any sense to me this is not the first time I’ve had problems at this location. It’s become a bad location compared to all the others.

Great location. The manager works really hard to keep a consistent and sufficient staff. They almost always get my order right and whenever something is wrong they always take care of me. You know it's a good location if you start to recognize the same employee faces over many months. Good food. Friendly staff. Great manager. Solid Taco Bell location.

The lady who waited on us was very nice and professional. The restaurant was cleaned inside and outside including the bathrooms. It got busy during the time we were there on Sunday. Great job Taco Bell and keep up the good work.

Well I’m back to not enjoying TB anymore. This *was* the only location that never messed up an order, quick and friendly but y’all hired below these standards and now it’s back to 0 stars where all orders get messed up. Whoever made the call is an idiot, it’ll be a successful location but not for long if the service keeps going down.

Missing orders for the 2nd time. MAKE SURE you check your order when ordering through the drive through. It’s the second time they’ve done it to me. starting to wonder if it’s deliberate!!! Find yourself another Taco Bell.

Lazy high schoolers that could not care less about their job. Saw and employee eating right over a food prep surface in front of a ton of customers, which totally isn't a health code violation or anything... And I love this world where you have to order from a kiosk too that's fun! Oh and I love having my name made fun of right in front of me by the workers too! Forgot my sauce, no napkins and order made wrong. I love it. Going to the crooks location from now on.
