First I had take out that's why the one star. The readability (I'm a senior) of the menu even with glasses is tearable. Use the order screen they said not simple at all. I'll help you use it they said the employee could not operate it either. The food was either very good or I was just terribly hungry.
I am Happy 😄... Good costumer service. Nice clean hall. Freindly personal. I was here tonight 3/7/19 I order the wrong meal number. Then I told one of the staff guys, that I orederd the wrong food... then he went and got back to me withen minutes with the right meal...He refused to take money...He gave me a nice service. I will get back there for sure. Thank you guys.
On 4/3/2022 ordered soft tacos no lettuce due to allergies. Also ordered chicken quesadilla with no sauce. Employee’s verbally informed me they would change gloves to ensure no lettuce 🥬 on my tacos. Guess what lettuce. Matter of fact currently experiencing headache. Hopefully Benadryl will prevent profound allergic reaction. Chicken quesadilla has sauce on it as well as not cut. Top that off didn’t get my drink. Called spoke with nite shift leader. IN THIS DAY IN AGE PEOPLE JUST DONT CARE. ALL PRAISES TO THE LORD FOR PROTECTION. ANAPHYLAXIS IS A LIFE THREATENING CONDITION
The meat tasted funny. Probably expired. It was a weird color too. Reddish. Didn't notice the color on the first taco cause I added hot sauce. I'm done with Taco Bell but the workers are amazing. Saw a video on TikTok where the managers made them use expired meat and onions so I don't blame them
Best taco bell I have been to in a while! Order was accurate, food has fresh and the service, even with a minor hiccup was great!
My view on taco bell is probably very biased but I went there for the very first time for their breakfast crunch wrap and it was very good. It looked smaller than what was advertised so I had two but still a good food to have in the morning. Waiters were direct and promptly gave us our food.
Their drive thru staff is always friendly. Food is good and hot and order has been correct.
The food is 4 stars because it's food I can't really eat, however the customer service and the atmosphere were outstanding.
