I tried giving this location so many chances and I have had some good experiences but seriously? This is literally appalling. This is why I don't choose to go out to eat anymore and eat at home. This just reaffirms those decisions. This looks like Chicken scraped off the line and put on taco with sparse ingredients and I paid an extra charge for this All 4 were not supreme and 2 looked like Chicken scraped off the line or floor sprinkled with lettuce. It's sad. It cost a lot to feed my family a meal from here and half of what we got was wrong and inedible. Shame. Last time I will be visiting this location. I know it was busy but this seems intentionally careless and gross.
During crunch time I understand it's more likely to make mistakes. Unfortunately the mistake was made on my 30min break. I ordered for 3 people plus myself for lunch. After getting back to work I realized that everyone got their correct order but me. My order was missed/forgotten and didn't have time to go back to wait in line to correct it. Please take the extra split second to verify the order is correct.
Gets order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Dont leave here without checking your order. Ive had three different managers arguing with me. I make mobile orders so its not like you even have to listen to me order…howwwww every time can they get it wrong? Ive worked in fast food service… honestly cant be easier to look at a screen and read…
Slowest staff ever, need to hiring new people. Almost 40 minutes wait in drive thru. Workers literally served all the walk in and let drive thru back up. Watched workers serving people inside while I seat at window 12mins smdh..need new management
Got our order wrong and it was also utterly disgusting. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for days and both the beans and the potatoes were pretty much rock hard and burnt all the way through. Health dept might not be too happy with this location if they saw it. Avoid.
We went to opted to eat or at least order inside, as most of us were paying separately. We were the only ones to eat inside, and when we put in our orders, the drive-thru started to fill up so we were ready to wait on our food. However, the food was horribly made; we were skimped on meat and sauce. I understand this location was probably understaffed, so we ate what we were given so as to not make a hard time for the people working. This location needs major help.
Missing half the crunch wrap and forgot part of the order. People who don't work there are being sent behind the counter. Also seen smoking inside the building.
Late night drive has it together! Awesome work, quick service, enough staff. Good experience.
