I went in to this taco bell 8/23/23 at 10:40am I'm not one to normally complain. But I went inside to this establishment when there was no one there, not even in the drive thru. I walked up to the register to give my order and the lady straight up would not take my order she told me to use the kiosk instead of doing her job. A very unpersonable experience. I wouldn't recommend going to this establishment.

Went on Friday 08/25/23 at 8:20pm and the girl at the speaker in the drive thru had a very disgusting attitude. I had just asked her what the price difference was between a combo and the same things but without a soda. She proceeded to talk to me in a very bad tone and I immediately got a red flag and left the drive thru. If management is seeing this then I want to tell you, you’re not doing a good job training your staff, and service like this should be reprimanded. Taco Bell is a huge company to focus on a single person and a single order but if this is the way this girl treats everybody on a Friday night at 8pm then there’s is a major problem and therefore responsibility has to be taken by whoever is hiring/training.

Honestly during the late day/night the people suck as does the food, but twice now ive gone in the morning and wendy hooked me up. The food was hot, fresh and made to perfection. Her attitude was also amazing she feels like a taco bell mom, hope she get's the precognition she deserves 👍🏻

Okay, huge health code violations going on here . There was no toilet seat, no door in the restroom stall and the sink was clogged so I couldn't wash my hands . When I asked the employees they didn't seem to care. Then when i checked my order they had forgotten an item . All around it was a bad experience

I was there for breakfast at the Drive thru. Windy the order taker was amazing friendly and had a smile on her. Face. Food was great and didn't take long. Thank you Windy

I ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes, and received 3 dorito shell tacos. :( . Cashier was nice and courteous. Didn't realize the mistake until at home.

I will try to keep it short but for your safety and just general information please read this. Before the old managers left (about a little over a year ago) this store was amazing to get food from and work for plain and simple. The customer service COULD be meh usually on night shift and it depended on who was working but really the whole OLD crew was perfect I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Anyways. Safety regulations for your food aren’t priority, washing hands is not enforced and I’ve seen employees just reach into Cinnabon delight warmers with their bare hands and eat them. Multiple at a time as well not just one, so their fingers were in their mouth and then on the food your being served. This is why Covid and disease is spreading so rapidly. We have gross people working in restaurant settings. I gave this company a lot of my time and I just wanted to say to my old crew there will never be another like you guys and you guys actually cared about your jobs. Also the manager LISA is extremely rude to customers and her employees everyone seemed very on edge and wouldn’t even look at her when she walked by. This stores rating has dropped embarrassingly since I worked here and I’m genuinely dissatisfied to see it doing this badly when I seen it at its best. This is a perfect example of why you need reevaluate your employees.

I was waiting for my boyfriend in the car while he went to the store to buy water, the staff, in turn, do not pay attention to the customers who come to the cash register, they pay attention to the auto line. My boyfriend waited a very long time to be served, at the end In the end he didn’t wait and left. And all for a bottle of water.
