Breakfast Menu "Taco Bell" Prunedale

The staff isn't very friendly from my many experiences here. Hitting the drive thru sounds like I'm am annoyance to the ones who take my order. I can't say they workers here or rude by any means however they aren't very polite about taking your order either!

Went around 8:30 there was only one group of two in the store eating and the drive through had about 3 cars. We decided to go inside to go to the bathroom as a pit stop on our way home from monterey. BUT we were very disappointed as the bathroom had a sign saying that they check and clean it every 30 mins but the bathroom looked like a child ran through and shredded toilet paper everywhere. Plus the sink was broken and did not work. As a place that is supposed to have the employees wash their hands often it is repulsive Imagining the dirty hands that manage your food. We had only ordered two drinks from the place and we had ordered on the kiosk. But it took them 20 MINUTES and if it weren't for us asking about our order they would have not even gave us our order. Considering the fact that they weren't even busy it is absolutely unacceptable that they forgot our order and didn't believe that we had ordered when we had asked about it and showed proof.

This location is clean and the employees are pleasant and efficient. My food was prepared quickly and tasted just like it should. I will visit this Taco Bell again whenever I am in the area. It is conveniently located near the freeway, which made finding the location easy.

Everything stuffed into one bag and the pizzas are completely soggy from how much sauce was put on them

I don’t know how it’s possible to get every single item in an order wrong but man was I wrong. Ordered: Nacho bell grande 2 spicy potato tacos Chipotle crispy chicken taco Side of rice 2 cinnamon twists Medium drink 2 beefy melt burritos I got: Nacho bell grande Side of rice WITH beans 2 spicy potato tacos with 5 potatoes on each 2 beefy melts that looked like they had been thrown across the room No cinnamon twists No drink All the tables in the lobby were filthy. There is a swastika on the bathroom ceiling and the sink was covered in something black. But hey at least they were having a good time listening to music in the kitchen 🤷🏼‍♀️

This has been by far my worst experience at Taco Bell! We get there no one is at the front counter, so, we order on the portal thing. 30 mins later and no one on drive-thru 2 people in the lobby that got there after us, we got our order and it was wrong. I ordered nacho fries, 3 taco combo n a drink, also 5-layer combo and drink. We never got our drinks or the nacho fries, they just left the order on the counter and did not call it out so I don’t know how long the order had been sitting there. I tell them we are missing the nacho fries, one lady looks at the tray and walks away, tells a guy about it. A girl who is taking orders on drive-thru comes and asks to take my order, I said we already order and I wasn’t even finished when she said “ah okay and started to walk away.” I said hey I’m trying to tell you something, she points at me and says “wait give me a minute,” I said excu, and she cut me off again saying “give me a minute, while she pointed at me. Then she had the audacity to go to her coworkers and tell them that I was being rude, all of this in Spanish. Little did she know that I am Mexican and I understood every word! Never again will I go to this Taco. Bell on Vierra Canyon Rd. Prunedale. And these nasty looking fries were thrown in a small bag and all sideways that’s why they look so nasty!

2 months ago we were shorted food, rather than make it right the manager on duty questioned our integrity then made us wait 25 minutes to remake what was shorted (no one else was there getting food). I submitted a complaint to TB and they sent me 2 $5 coupons. We revisited tonight and the second we pulled out a coupon they shook their heads that they don’t accept them here. I told the manager “esme” how we got them then she said…we were just really busy so we couldn’t take it. This location is a joke. I could care less about the $5 but the principal of the matter is they have horrible customer service. We won’t be back!

Love chalupa.. Their value menus are really value menus.. For $5 u will get chalupa, burrito taco, chips and guac and drink.. Love their menus.. Lots of Stuff for very few bucks.. Friendly staff too, what I don't like is they took donation for taco bell foundation or charity. Atleast they could've asked us whether we interested or not.. That's what 4 stars.. Otherwise everything is very good..
