Normally I try not to complain online about stuff. Because no one is perfect. But tonight I am a bit disappointed. I ordered locos tacos and they are normally awesome. But this time, sad… hardly any meat, one taco only has literally 4 little shreds of cheese, one has more lettuce than anything else on it and not a single one has sour cream. I’m very disappointed.

What kind of Crunchwrap is this literally has no meat just veggies and tiny bit of cheese you need to do better not just my Crunchwrap both 5 dollar boxes not meat in 5 layer burrito has all sour cream and empty taco shells on tacos

Service great bug busy, a little noisy but to be expected but the food looked and taste delicious. I had a steak power bowl and who ever made it made it delicious and superbly

Every time I come to this Taco Bell something or everything gets messed up on each of my orders earlier tonight I had gotten food they didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce, they didn't give me my receipt, and they gave me two $5 boxes instead of a dip box and a $5 box which is what I asked for it every time I say no tomatoes they keep putting tomatoes on my orders. I always get less food than I order and the employees always look like they're stoned off their minds which would be fine if they got the orders correct. The last four times that we've come to Taco Bell they have messed up the orders. We don't usually go to Taco Bell because there's always something wrong we finally came back because we thought that it would be better and we enjoy the food. This is not a place that I would keep going if I was anyone.

When me and my wife stopped there in her home town it was the Best experience to be honest. The food was good the customer service was great and shout out to the blonde long haired dude I made laugh his energy was awesome!!!! I wish I would have got his name so I could name him properly but show him this picture and if he recognizes us then he's the one who deserves the raise and praise 😊

The guys that work the nice shift are sweet talkers and always make my night better when I go. The food is what you would expect but the service and sweetness of the guys is not what I would expect from this food chain.

Before I left, I called to make sure this location had lava sauce. I drove there within 12 minutes and was told they were out when I ordered . So they lied to me on the phone. Then I asked for Hot & Fire sauces, I was never given them. I also said no sour cream because I can't eat that, and every single one of my food items had sour cream on it. So I couldn’t eat any of the food I paid for. Waste of my time & money. Very bad experience.

I don’t agree with having to use the kiosk to order my food! This has desensitized human interaction even more. Lost of jobs for people. No way to get paper receipts to confirm. Still got the order wrong! I personally saw three people leave because they were forced to order there own food. I hope the owners realize this is just wrong!
