Breakfast Menu "Taco Bell" Pratt

They get 5 stars due to the service of staff at the restaurant. Usually you don't expect staff in fast foods to be super nice. But one of the staff went out of the way to serve us and make our kids feel happy. Food was good too. There is a lot of parking as it is in the plaza with Walmart.

Walked into lobby at 730 pm and stood at counter for service. Finally the drive through employee said they didn't have enough employees working tonight and that I would have to order by kiosk. I told him I had never done that before but I would try. I wasted 20 min there and restarted the order 4 times. (Now I know why the lobby was empty) I then shouted that this thing was not working. Nobody came to assist. So I went out to go through drive through where I was the 3rd vehicle. It took them 10 min to take my order and another 10 min to get it. And thats with vehicle #2 giving up and leaving the line. Kiosk sucks, there was NO customer service, and it took way to long to get cold Supreme tacos. Trust me bypass taco bell in Pratt ks, go to a convince store for tacquitos. You'll get better service faster. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! David

Horrible!!!!!! Supposedly would only take cash through the drive through. We ordered through the kiosk and picked the "pay with cash" option. The kiosk told us to proceed to the counter to pay and finalize our order. Not one person acknowledged that we were there. And the lady running the drive though could NOT have missed us. We walked out discusses that they would not take cash ( it IS the official American form of currency) and that NO ONE would acknowledge us.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to. I had been driving for 16 hours today and stopped in at the end of a long journey hoping to get something recognizable. When I first pulled up several kids were in the parking lot out of uniform (wearing all black) smoking with their plastic gloves on. When we came up to the intercom we were informed they were out of tomato’s, lettuce, and a few other things he listed. We decided to order anyways hoping maybe they would just add some more beef or cheese or something. The attached photo is what we got. Pathetic. We were also shorted some food and had to go back around to get it. This was a truly horrible experience.

They closed the drive thru and would not take our order, they said they have a 400.00 order and it was closed and shut off the outside lights. We are passing through, after a long day drive we had limited choices, but Subway made our day and Taco Bell hours says open, it is 9:15pm 5/11/23

A guy named John up there, older gentleman was such an angel not just to us but everyone. He waves and smiles at everyone, and was stocking, sweeping, asking people if he could throw away their trash for them, asking people how their day way going… He was working hard and super nice. He needs to get employee of the year. I don’t normally leave reviews so his niceness was exceptional, so I did.

worst place i ever been gave me completly diffrent order then what i order as they were out of chicken and everything i ordered so they gave me the order of there choice guess what nacho chips intead of chicken power bowl cinnamin bolls and curls never going back there again so untrainned staff

Guy named Chris made my night got here late and hungry had no food in my truck Walmart closed and he saved me for sure god bless that young man thank you so much because of him I ate some hot food tonight .
