The food was decent and made correctly. All the employees I could see we're sitting down, two in the lobby and another in the office. The guy sitting in the office looked like I was bothering him when I wanted my pick up order. I was missing the drink and the chips and cheese, it was an inconvenience for him to get back up from his resting spot in the office. There was also a drill and other maintenance supplies on the counter and chemicals sitting above food.

The person working the drive thru was too busy arguing with a customer or on a personal phone call to notice that my Power Menu Bowl was missing the rice and beans. Total bummer...

This location is by far the worse location, I went to this location last night 9/23 to get a cravings box I was told they are not doing the cravings boxes tonight ok w/e. I came to this location again tonight 9/24 and asked if they are doing the cravings box, the gentleman working the ordering said no, I don’t think so….. what does that mean….i was annoyed I didn’t get a direct answer so I ordered something else, got to the window and the young lady working the window didn’t have no sense of customer service at all no nothing, I can definitely see why this location has a 3.2 and it should be lower. Really ridiculous

Not trying to be a grumpy customer. I ordered online and they said their online service wasn't coming in. Not employees fault. Had to cancel online order. They let me come in and order on the kiosk. Got it and was on my way. The workers were cool. It's just that place is always busy. I think they may be short staffed.

All I asked for is hot and mild sauce… simple…didn’t get any ! What is the point ?? My crunch wrap was not crunchy and had minimal toppings … very disappointing! Irvine corporate office would be ashamed! My crunchy tacos were tasteless … zero taste ! They missed toppings… customer service was meh… I said thank you and didn’t get a response … the girl was too busy speaking another language and giggling … very said and even though we don’t expect much for $12 I want my money back …

I went there and go to the drive thru and there were working just sitting outside doing nothing tell me to come in the lobby. So I went in the lobby nobody took my order I was standing there for 30 minutes and I walked out. This restaurant has the worst service ever and I don’t love here I live in Texas and they do a better job than them

Can never get an order right. I understand working in fastfood is so hard. It's always a problem with the kids now a day. Sad to say you need more then a high school diploma to work at taco bell. It pethic

Went through the drive through no one answered even though we said hello after a few minutes repeatedly so we had to go inside and most of all the workers were sitting at tables talking even the drive through clerk and once we placed our order via kiosk more cars arrived at the intercom and suddenly they could hear and take orders. Really doubt most all workers but 1 were on break.
