Overall it was a good morning even though it was a bit slow in the drive thru. They were 8 cars deep after I left the parking lot.

I couldn't get my mobile order to go through so I had to order at the drive up speaker and then it went through online when i was waiting. When I got to the window I let them know about the mobile order and they were so awesome, moving so quickly to fill that and cancel the one I had just placed. The lady at the front was so cool, calm and collected and bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. Best customer service ever!

Ok so I made a online order (a big one) and airhead me came all the way to post falls instead of the Rathdrum! So the Taco Bell Team called Rathdrum and let them know , and Post falls decided to make my order so I didn't have to go all the way to Rathdrum ! They are beyond amazing ! And this is always my go to Taco Bell ! And they are always fresh ! Thank you Post Falls Taco Bell !

Staff has always been friendly when I've been here, and the food has been good (for Taco Bell). I'm usually over in the Valley, but I'll gladly drive over here before going to the location on Sullivan. A little effort goes a long way!

I don't know if they understand the meaning of fast food. 20 minutes for one item.... amazing 😕

Super disappointed. We ordered a crunch wrap, a quesadilla, a soft taco, and a drink. First, the gal didn’t get the change right. I wondered then if I should check my order when I received it, but I didn’t. So we drive all the way home to find out we didn’t get what we had ordered. It wasn’t even a busy time of day for them. I usually give grace, but this was just a sad experience altogether.

The cashier's are nice and polite, the food is good, and while their drive thru might be busy, everyone is these days so it won't bother me! Fantastic place to go!

Usually they're pretty good with an order but this time I ordered a taco 12 pack and a Supreme meal on top and they only gave me 12 tacos in total. I basically paid a meals price for the drink. Didn't notice until after I had left and was dividing food with my coworkers. It's so expensive these days, I want what I pay for!
