I order on the app and go inside to pick it up. I walk inside theres one person in front of me. I stand there for 20 minutes before someone even comes over to the counter. Person in front of me starts to talk the employee goes no no english and walks away. Wait another 5 minutes another person comes up helps the person in front of me and never comes back. Finally i get someones attention and they come over. My food has been sitting on the rack the whole time. Keep in mind this rack is behind the counter so i couldnt just grab and go. I get home. Besides my food being cold half of it is wrong. I have been coming to this taco bell for years. The past few times i woulda gotten more out of throwing my money out the window. I will not be returning to taco bell again.

Ordered well in advance, they didn't have it ready in time. Then had the audacity to tell me to go around the drive through a 2nd time which would've been over a 30-45 minute wait. Rude staff, just avoid

Ordering can take more time than usual as a food ordering kiosk is in place. The kiosk isn't as intuitive as one would like with items missing. For older individuals navigating the kiosk can be challenging.

I usually use the drive through. The staff is always friendly and my order is always accurate. Very well maintained, landscaped grounds. I've never had a problem with an incorrect order. I've had everything from the Mexican pizza, chalupa Supreme, basic tacos, and several different burritos. I always have order their yummy guacamole on the side. Today I downloaded the App and ordered online. The process was quick and easy as was the pickup. I will absolutely use it again.

They haven’t had a working ice machine in over 2 months now. The soda is flat for over a month. This place is notorious for messing up your order… skimping you on beef/chicken. I got a chicken quesadilla with only 1/4 having anything in it. The employees just don’t care. They will ignore you for 10+ minutes if you go inside… you can talk to them but they won’t make eye contact and pretend to not hear you. It’s been like this for years. This place is horrible.

This is the first and hopefully the only time I am ever leaving a Google Review for any food place. I typically am fine with some mishaps in my order, I understand fast food workers work very diligently to provide their service but this has become a recurrence. I have ordered from this place multiple times through Uber Eats, and I just don't understand why they don't put the hot sauce in the bag when I have clearly signified in the order to put it. To clarify, I put down 10 packs so that its very evident that I want hot sauce yet they don't put it inside. It might seem like a small issue but at the same time all I want is to receive what I am ordering.

Worst taco bell ever! If I could give 0 i would! Came home and only lettice in my tacos literally taco shells n lettuce! And they charged me for 9 when i order 6 smh trying to call store and busy for over an hour! $30 in the garbage! Unacceptable

Terrible at giving straws, napkins and sauces, i never get them when i uber eats they literally throw the food in and call it a day
