I live TB but the service has always been inconsistent. The kiosk let's you customize the order but don't expect it to be what you paid for. The "extra" sour cream, cheese, meat never results in extra anything. It's just a way to raise the price. The food preparation doesn't match the order. Ever.

UPDATE! Went back 1 more time. Still nasty. This is honestly one of the most disgusting public places I've ever been inside. The public bathrooms at Venice beach are almost cleaner than this gross establishment. If you ever want to eat here, just go inside, you'll likely quickly change your mind.

So I ordered the huge nachos party pack and not much toppings on it not nearly enough...this time I got extra beef , doesn't look like they did anything extra 😑 can you tell Wich is extra ... exactly

Atmosphere isn't the locations fault. I miss the 90s theme they had haha. They're awesome otherwise!

Tonight I ordered some nacho fries and found a baby cockroach 🪳 at the bottom of the fry container. I have felt nauseous for a few hours now and will never eat there again. Horrible experience to say the least. I will be contacting management for a refund on the food I bought.

Probably one of the worst taco bells i have ever went to. Not only did they give me the wrong order, but the crunchy taco they did give me was stale, falling apart, and just awful. the drink, which was surprisingly correct, was just carbonation, no flavor to it. Never coming back to this place ever again.

I was surprised how tasty the black bean chalupas were. I like ground beef but recent years stayed away from taco bell because of the ground beef but brought confidence back that if you not a fan of there taco meat try their other offerings. Other than a mix up that got corrected. The food was tasty.

This taco bell bites. They always screw up my order. Tonight I ordered the $5 Nacho Fries Box, and I asked to upgrade my taco to supreme. After a really long wait behind a lot of cars, I got my order. I checked it. They forgot I upgraded my order, yet again. I shouldn't have to hold up the drive thru line to check my order, but this location always gets it wrong. If you try to call the phone number on the receipt, it gets answered by a machine that says to call back when they aren't so busy. They also didn't give me any hot sauce either. The people who work there have no sense of urgency. I would give zero stars if that were possible. Also, it's an older, run down kind of taco bell with a funky smelling bathroom.
