Went through the drive through, ordered my food. I ordered a chicken quesadill but I ask for the hot sauce that’s on it to be on the side. But when they rang me up for it, I asked why I’m paying for it, as it comes with the meal. And ever since that comment, the whole customer service went down from on there. I asked for a hot and mild sauce at the end of my order. So when I pulled up to the drive-through, I asked if I could buy another drink. And at this point the guy was already annoyed with me. So I had a couple dollars left over and I told him just to keep it as a tip, since I was being such a pain. And the guy got upset and threw the money in the register and was shaking his head?! I was so confused. Just to get home and realize BOTH of my burritos weren’t pressed one of the cheese sauces from my taco is missing, and all the hot and mild that I asked for twice is not in the bag either … Very disappointed .

Went here for dinner close to midnight and received exceptional service from both Cam and Marcus. Both were very quick to assist and of great help, very kind as well. Food was great too.

Place was a good idea to grab a bite to eat. The food came out quick and I was happy for the service provided by the staff that were working. Fast and Friendly.

The food was basically what I expected, nothing exciting, nothing disappointing. However the fact that I have to wait on myself at a kiosk, there is no staff at the counter until my food is dropped off at the front. I also cannot even get a receipt unless I divulge my personal email or my cell phone number. Would never come back if this is the future of fast food restaurants

I got a crunchy rap supreme. The first one had no meat at at all so I returned it. The second one might have had a 1/2 of teaspoon of meat. I'll never eat there again. It was a total rip off

Order things a specific way but simple, no tomatoes and no beans. Extra meat and paid extra for it. I get exactly the opposite of what I ordered…. NO meat, ALL beans, and with tomatoes. Also half full and cold. Every time I get food here, something is wrong. Worst experience and lost my business even if convenient.

So, if you order on line or phone you get a surprise. You go to drive thru and of course you won't stay there and check. You get home and something is missing, the tacos are more lettuce than meat, so you pay around $25 for whatever they feel like giving you. They should have undercover boss checking on all locations.

Ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme add potato. They remembered to add the potato but made a beef crunch wrap. Even though I ordered the BLACK BEAN Crunchwrap, the entirely different menu option which isn’t making substitutes. Yet, they made it beef. Remembered the potato substitute, but not the fact that the black bean supreme they’re wrapping has beef instead. Sick of every Taco Bell location consistently giving vegetarians meat as a mistake and there isn’t any recourse. It’s a massive health code violation, it could make a religious person incredibly upset due to faith, it could severely harm someone with an allergy, et cetera. A free meal doesn’t cover that mistake happening continuously. I want a full refund. And I want to be clear that this is disgusting, incredibly irresponsible, and in no way could it or should it be excused as a mistake. You see an order that orders vegetarian options, the one thing you absolutely don’t forget is to not put meat in it. Same if I said I had a nut allergy. It should be non-negotiable that vegetarian items need to be made correctly. If they are not, the customer is compensated fairly.
