Been ordering food here for 3 years, and they get my order right every time. Staff are super friendly, food is always fresh, and it always tastes very good. On the rare occasion something goes wrong, they always hook me up with a coupon. Easily my favorite place to get food from
This location is a real hit or miss. Wait time at drive thru is usually significantly longer than other fast food places in the area. Almost half of the time standard orders are short or partially wrong. Pay for seven taco Supreme, get two Supremes and five plain skimpy tacos. Basically ripping off the customer financially and not delivering what's requested. The most basic of orders are often messed up. It's hard to believe when usually it happens when there are very few customers inside and at the drive thru, and the frequency of errors.
The service at this location has improved a lot. I like how they are preparing the food taking care of customization. Very friendly and responsive staff as well. Have been doing take out and I am happy.
It varies on who is on shift. Morning shift I’ve had no issues with. Same with mid shift. End shift lately gets orders wrong. Last night we waited inside for 20 Minutes. They gave our order out through drive through, told us it would be ready in a few minutes, and that didn’t happen. Had to get a manager to get our order going. No compensation for the long wait and mixup. It’s fast food, it’s normally hit or miss. But lately the Taco Bell here has more miss to it. Also the slow ballad songs playing that sounds like it’s coming from a Nokia Phone, just make the lobby seem depressing. A waiting room at a funeral home is more lively that their lobby with that music.
Sat in drive through line for over two minutes with no intention of promptly taking a simple food order.
This is the slowest taco bell I've ever been to. It doesn't take an hour and a half to make chalupas. Taco Bell is already a complete joke of a company, but this location is a disgrace to a disgrace. Firing everyone and shutting it down would actually make the service significantly faster.
Wish I could give the place no stars. Drove down for Breakfast. Got there at 8:43 am. Lights were on inside and drive through lights were on. Sat waiting for someone to take our order. Nothing. The door clearly says open at 8 am. Would not waste my time trying to go here again. Update 7/22/2023 Finally stopped again and this time they were open for breakfast! My husband said the food was really good. They were a little slow making the stuff though and we had to pull around the building and park in a parking spot. The husband said he would definitely get breakfast again!
I visit this TB in the mornings just for the friendly greetings and wonderful positive attitude of the older gentleman working the drive thru window. Over 40 years on this planet going through drive thru's, and this man is by far the kindest and provides the best service I've ever experienced. Kudos TB Phoenixville for hiring a rockstar!
