I would recommend to everyone to go to a different taco bell. When they screw up they don't seem to care. They have screwed up my orders more than 1 time. I will not be returning to this taco bell location again. I will happily drive to the Ottawa location which is definitely further away but worth it for better service. At the Peru location if you ask for a number 3 they will give you a number one. I don't know in what world a number 3 sounds like a number one.

I was very impressed! Patient cashier who also cleaned the tables promptly. The staff was listening to rap music but at a low volume. I didn't mind it, though I'm sure others might, so that was very respectable of the employees. Fast service. Clean and well stocked stations. Great job!

For most part I love Taco Bell and their food but I get so angry, it seem every other time I order a Mexican pizza the sauce is sour tasting it’s sickening It’s a carry out so I’m usually to tired to make the trip back and my pizza and money just gets thrown away. I have complained before but it doesn’t seem to get corrected so you never know what you’ll get. When it fresh it’s a great pizza.

This store should be a training store for other taco bells. We asked for kids orders without jalapeno sauce to be put in a different bag. The manager went beyond and wrote on the bag. I wish taco bell in my area could be courteous and smart like this store manager.

Food is good, my only complaint is how they cut the quasadeas, otherwise they are pretty darn good and right next to the Holliday Inn so also rather quick to get to.

Was standing at counter for nearly 25 minutes. 5 employees and no one even looked at me. Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen

Marcus took my order today and he was so polite and professional and himself made the quick experience so great. Food came exactly as ordered and I couldn’t be any happier! Great job today guys!

I bought 4 bean burritos and the beans were so dried up and crunchy it was nasty I threw them away. I will not go back there again and I will be telling my coworkers about it. I hope they don't go there anymore.
