I pulled away from the drive through and my order was completely messed up. I stopped went inside and without any argument the manager, I wish I caught her name, made everything right. Mess ups happen> But how they get fixed is what counts. 5 Stars to this place and its manager.

If tonight had been my first experience here I would have given them 3 stars due to the lengthy time it took for the drive through line to move, it seemed like one order was holding up the whole line. However, I almost always have a great experience here and the staff are always very friendly even though you sometimes have a to wait a while to be acknowledged. My order has always been correct and the food is exactly what I'm looking for when ordering Taco Bell.

Went the other night around 8pm got 2 large baja blasts, went to the window and the guy working told me it was almost $12 for the drinks and he asked if I had the bajas as well. Didn’t think much of it as I was in a hurry. Got home and told my bf it seemed a bit high in price for 2 drinks so he puts it in his app and it should have only costed almost $6. Not sure why I was overcharged but definitely my fault for not speaking up :(

Had to wait for someone to notice me standing there so I can place my order!!! But after that the service was good and the food was great!! Clean eating area good for the kids!!

Literally would have given zeros, but it wouldn’t let me….I go to the Taco Bell where I live and they flat out tell me that there is only one staff and they are closed at 8:50 at night!!! (They claim to close at midnight). They clearly talked to me through the intercom!! Sooooo I call the store a few minutes later and the person on the phone is CLEARLY TALKING TO ANOTHER PERSON WORKING THERE!! Sooo horrible. The one here in my home town has the SAME persistent issues: No ground beef, no nacho fries, THE STEAMER is broke (So if you want a quesadilla you’re screwed) AND they never have the freezes for happy hour. It’s almost like you drive up to have the experience of going through a drive through with no real excitement. What a waste, they should really consider tearing it down and building a Wendy’s or Checkers.

Door dashed food from here and both my drinks and two tacos were missing after waiting over an hour. Very disappointed

They're always out of half of the items we order, the app hardly ever works, the inside is closed a lot because of lack of workers, they don't mark your food when you make changes, so you have no idea what is what with out breaking the tacos or burritos open and it's usually really messy and greasy.

By far the best taco bell I have ever had. The lady who took our order was so nice, asked how our day was, just great service overall. The food itself was beyond great. Everything tasted very fresh, I have never had taco bell as amazing as this one. Definitely an experience.
