Working for Door Dash. I got to the store at a little past 9. Lobby was closed. There were no employees in the store that I saw. Looked through the back door and the sink was going but still no employee. He cost me money and if I was customer I would be very angry! Website said open til 1 am.
Showed up at 10:30 when it says they open at 10. Two fat jabba the hutt looking ogres (employees) sitting in their car right by the door watch us get out of our vehicle and walk up and tug on the door. Continued to sit there and not say a word. What has the workforce come to? Bunch of degenerates.
They should spend less time smoking in the parking lot and more time on attention to a standard order. Especially during meal time. It's a good thing Taco John's is just up the road, so I could get the rest of my order.
The food was really bad but the service was good at the counter super polite. Salty and really greasey. Paid for extra sour cream but did t get it.
Placed an order online and when we got our order we were missing 3 items, they added a taco we didn't order, the food looked like it was just thrown in the wrapper, food was either cold or over cooked, and it looked they just threw all the food into the bag, this was just lazy people not taking any pride what so ever in their work

I swear to God it's 50/50 with this place. Just ordered a f***ing steak quesadilla from here and the picture explains the first bite I would have taken... Customer service is always nice though 🤗 I'm sure they would have made me a better quesadilla had I shown it to them.
