I am always having problems with this location and staff, but for some reason I keep coming back. But this past incident is just ridiculous! I ordered a nacho bellgrande through DoorDash, And what I received was the small side chips and cheese. I am so unimpressed. This is just lazy it’s pathetic.

I ordered some food and a burrito with no sour cream for my son who is allergic to sour cream here tonight at roughly 6:30. Before I go into what happened they also were confused after we paid. Had my card inside the store for awhile then had to ask us what we ordered again and we reiterated that there was to be no sour cream on any of the food. My son ate the burrito and his throat swelled up and I had to give him his epi pen he could have died. I called them and told them to hat happened and they just hung up on me. The whole staff needs to be fired.

This Taco Bell is about how you expect most Taco Bell’s to be. It’s no Chick-Fli-A, so of course the service is going to be mediocre at best as the employees don’t even bother pretending they want to be there. However, if that doesn’t matter and you just like Taco Bell, there’s nothing outstandingly wrong with this location. It’s just about the same as the rest of them.

The inside is STILL closed. This location and employees has been terrible for years but I was amazed it has become even worse. The employees clearly don’t care. Food quality is low and service is very slow. If you want to eat outside at the tables there are NO trash cans in sight, and of course the doors are locked so you can’t throw trash away inside. The dumpster doors are impossible to open, too. Are they that lazy that they can’t set out a trash can? Yikes! I guess it’s expected that we just leave the trash at the tables. This location is in dire need of an overhaul.

I had a few extra minutes today so I decided to go through the drive through and grab some lunch.(1pm) The process went rather quickly so I was concerned that the food wouldn't be good or missing. The food was fresh and delicious. The lady taking the order had great customer service skills and we will definitely be returning to this location. Great job

It is supposed to be non-contact optional. They take this to mean that they don't have to wait on costumers. They tell you that you have to use the key pad to order. Not to mention if there isn't anyone waiting on you, they should have someone to clean that NASTY dinning room.

While the food was hot, it was made so sloppily that most of the ingredients fell out of my burritos after the first bite. Not including almost soaking through the entire wrapper because of being incorrectly rolled. (They were half rolled burritos). The service by the manager was disinterested and borderline rude. Almost as if we were bothering her by being there. And it was TWO O'CLOCK!

I just got home from a really long drive with my toddler, only to find a hair wrapped into my food... I cant take it back because I have a 4 year old asleep. The lady was ignorant. She told me "whenever you're ready I can take your order" I didn't even say anything and she goes "is that it?" what?? I didn't say anything and then she really said "oh is this a new order?" CLEARLY? it was the same older red headed lady the whole time. Also I asked for them to ONLY take the meat out and change it with BEANS.. They gave me a tiny spoonful of beans, chips and cheese. She even asked if I wanted everything else on, named what would be on it and just exchange for beans, not meat and I said yes ma'am. Don't come here. take yourself home and cook because these people have brains the size of peas. Also it's not my hair, my hair is up and I have a hoodie on.
