Food is usually good, although they sometimes miss items, especially around the dinner rush. The whole renovation they did has certainly modernized the restaurant, but it feels a bit clinical now. They no longer have employees taking orders either which isn't an issue for myself, but is clearly upsetting to some guests. Overall I prefer other locations over this one, but if all you care about is the food itself, you can't really go wrong with this one.

Sometimes, Taco Bell is just a good quick meal. Yeah, I get the reputation fast food has for some people, but I don't care. This Taco Bell is usually better than most. They just renovated it recently, and it's better than it was. The service is always decent. The food is Taco Bell. You either like it or you don't. I'd say this is one of the better Taco Bells around. Having said that, it's not always so clean, but whatever... it's fast food at the end of the day.

As far as taco bells go this one was a bit disappointing. Staff was not attentive to customers or what is going on in the seating area. The floor needed to be cleaned and you have to wave down a staff member to use the bathroom as it is locked. The drive thru is probably a better option.

There is no cashier, place is a mess and things look like theyer falling apart. I guess without a cashier they can’t really screw up your order but yet they do. This place is terrible. Place look half done. If you really want Taco Bell eat here but if you can go somewhere else. Food came out looked lazily put together.

Drive thru line is always long so I ordered inside. Place was a hot mess. Half eaten food all over the tables, crumbs on the floor. No ice in one of the soda machines and water everywhere. Just a mess. The staff seemed nice enough. Walked out with my order and the bottom of the box fell out some my food fell on the ground. Got it home? Cold as ice. Who cares though right? I might as well be yelling at a cloud.

Went to Taco Bell for breakfast there before 11:00 a.m. put order in through self-service be doing it myself refuse to make breakfast claim there was no more eggs no more bacon discussed for over 5 minutes that it the time was not up walked away without getting breakfast and just had trouble getting breakfast the rest of the time I wouldn't recommend it and I was so regular customer there with nobody in the dining area even show the time on the cell phone and it was still 11:04 after the discussions if they speak English there they speak English after hard time. Call customer service it took me three times in an hour to make a complaint

The staff need to learn customer service skills! The young lady that took my order in the drive through kept screwing up my order and she had the ordacity to tell me omg and rolled her eyes and I went in to speak with the supervisor and she also blew me off! If you don't like your job get another one us the customers should not have to suffer because people are miserable and dont want to do there jobs. LEARN People skills and learn to listen! They suck!

Wish there was a way to find out who was working before coming. When either of the girls that work the Drive-thru at night are there, place runs smooth. Even if it's busy, they're cool about it, they keep it moving, they're friendly, if u wait more than 10 min they'll offer u a free Taco coupon, etc. I go tonight and the line is longer than I've ever seen. Literally Sat there for 12 minutes at one point without moving, not a single order was completed, people yelling out the window "WHAT ARE U GUYS EVEN DOING IN THERE?!?"... Finally get to the speaker after about 20 min total, try to make my order, guy working the DT can't figure out how to substitute a side, something I do EVERY TIME I come here for years. Finally get to the window and it's clear why the wait was so long for maybe 5 cars total (who all waited no less than 35 min), guy working the drive-thru is clueless, has a bad attitude, and should probably find another, easier job if Taco Bell, at 2am, on a weekday is that hard for him. I'll make sure I avoid this place next time he's working
