I had not been to Taco Bell for a long time. Stopped by the drive thru and received good service. However after realizing my total at the window I went ahead and bout my $15 2 chalupa supreme meal no extras. The meal did not quite satisfy especially not for $15 guess it gonna be another long long while.
Mobile order, asked for 10 fires and 10 hot sauces, lady at the window wants to be funny and give me three sauces for a $30 plus order. when I asked for more, she hands me four more but of the wrong sauces. I don’t like to complain about something so small as a packet of sauce, but I am not eating Taco Bell without it. Everyone knows one sauce does two bites of taco
It would be nice if you did not close earlier then you are supposed to we got there 20 min before closing and you guys were closed my wife works late and was looking to get some dinner and couldn't thank you very much.
I normally don't leave reviews, especially 5 stars, but this place was so clean and pleasant to be in I thought it best to leave a review. Plus the manager (I didn't catch a name) was pretty chill and pleasant.
This is supposed to be my burrito supreme. It's missing beans. It's missing sour cream. It's missing onions. And it's missing shredded cheese. Probably would have been easier just to say it only has lettuce, tomatoes, and beef. We also had to repeat I order three or four different times and still had to correct it at the window. We didn't notice the burrito until we got home. This was a very bad experience! Also I tried to call the store five or six times and no one picked up the telephone. This is completely unacceptable service!
Horrible, me and bf asked for 2 bean rice burritos and both were full to the BRIM with onions. I have NEVER had a bean & rice burrito have onions in it nor did I ask for them, Im dang allergic to them, then the chalupa they gave us was super soggy and tasted old. All our food was made poorly😐
No one in drive thru no one inside.Ordered my food the two girls working just sat there talking.. The manager had to tell one to make order. Then she just slops it together. Save ur money go eat somewhere that actually takes care of customers instead of acting like it's a burden
If you're a person like me who prefers just extra cheese and meat on tacos, this is not the spot to go to. Try the one in East Palatka. They short me terribly EVERY TIME I go there and I still get charged for extra meat and cheese. That is crazy I literally have to eat like 4 or 5 to be satisfied which I never do because I always get the Doritos locos tacos and they are expensive. Almost 4$ for a taco that wouldn't satisfy my 2 or 3 yr olds. You guys management or whoever is telling you guys to short us is bogus.
