Location is horrible to get access. short staffed at the time of the visit, employees arguing amongst each other. then heard employee disagreeing/arguing with customer. My order was given to another customer. OK once I receive my food it was called. Don’t think I’ll ever come back.

Traveling and we stopped for supper. Went in and ordered two power bowls and a bell grande. While waiting I was gathering napkins and sauce. The eat in food was brought to the counter bagged instead of on a tray. I looked inside for plastic ware. Not seeing any I proceeded to the table and my wife and I unpacked the bag. No folks were in the bag. So I went back to the counter and asked for a couple forks. The gal said they had none. I said well, how about a couple sforks? She said they had none. My wife got up to see what was taking so long. We asked what they had that we could eat the supper we had just ordered. They said, they had nothing! My wife wanted a refund. I just wanted to eat. So I said well we will have to go find some plastic ware somewhere, maybe a convenience store. When we finally got some forks we started eating in the car. Wow! The rice was rather uncooked or dried out, but it was crunchy. Disgusting!!!! This place should be closed, staff should be fired. Their drive through doesn't even work to order..... shall I go on? Couldn't even use the restroom.....

Staff was absolutely rude. Had to ask for multiple parts of our order multiple times. The bathrooms are locked, you have to be “buzzed in” there’s a no guns sign on the door when you first walk in. The Mountain Dew tasted awful. No receipt. If you’re looking for Taco Bell, hit the one before or after this exit. This Taco Bell sucks!! We ordered dine in, got it in a to go bag.

Crew was the worst ive ever seen yelling and fighting the entire time. Lady at the counter dident even know how to work the register and no one would help her they woukd just yell and say figure jt out. Worst place ive been to

**ATTENTION ** AVOID THIS LOCATION **This location should close or fire its people in charge. Because every time I try to go here, it is an absolute disaster. In all reality, the employees probably aren't paid enough to care. But it's also clear that the management doesn't care either. They have had almost continuous issues for months. Most every time I use the drive thru I am greeted with the info that I must either use exact change or use a card because they won't have change to give back. Their freeze machines they love to advertise is almost always broken (always 1 flavor at least). And food products when we order something they always are out of multiple things that we are trying to order. So someone isn't ordering products very accurately to serve their customers, especially when it's comes to promotions. For example the yellowbird nacho fries clearly being promoted nation wide still and they are out of the ingredients to make it. When I asked why not take the sign down that's advertising it? I was told they aren't allowed to take down signs for ongoing promotions. ORDER MORE PRODUCT THEN! That is truly poor management, right there! Overall a truly poor experience

This Taco Bell sucks avoid if possible. I'm a trucker and was parked across the street came through the drive-thru trying to order food and they denied me, they weren't even busy there were no cars. McDonald's next door was gladly to take my order through the drive through.

The food is as good as Taco Bell can be so, depending on your thoughts about that, it’s peachy keen and a favorite of mine. Nice staff, typically minimal wait times.

I ordered a Chalupa box meal. They gave me a gordita that is uncooked Chalupa . So I went to the counter and I ordered Chalupa I apologize maybe I place the order incorrectly they gave me a stuffed crust gordita. So I went back and showed them and told them that I wanted a Chalupa they gave me another uncooked Chalupa, which is a gordita. I understand that place is getting busy and it wouldn’t be an issue. However, one of the cashiers had an issue with me saying that I did not get the correct food I’m not sure if the fry later was broken or if everybody was just being lazy
