I am currently waiting for my food. I have been waiting 20 minutes at this point and there’s no sign of my meal being ready. The workers have been working this whole time but there are only 3 of them. If you want your food go through the drive through because that’s all they can do. They just need more people working on each shift. I’ve been passed by about 10 cars in the drive through. Update: I waited 50 minutes. I would have just left but I didn’t have food at home to make anything. I literally could have ate at a decent restaurant and left in the time it took to get my food. On top of that I met about 4 people who had to wait 15 minutes after they received their food because their order was missing almost half of the food. It was overall a horrible experience which sucks because I really like Taco Bell food.

The employees were nice. A bit of a wait though. The burritos had barely anything in them. And the nacho fries I got last time were cold.

We came to get food after the dining room closed, tried to order online so there wouldn't be any screw ups, WARNING you cant if your order is over 50 bucks ( we had 6 people in the car) . Lady at the window was less then friendly..smoking her cigarette prior to handling our food was more important. Tacos were supposed to be supreme they were not, my daughters chips and cheese were forgotten, food was cold. Yes we probably should have checked our food to make sure it was still there but we shouldn't have to. Customer service should be key..this place is definitely lacking that.

Ordered food online on the app. 3 of us ordered through the app to make things easy. They told us the 4th person in the car couldn't order food after waiting 30 minutes in the line..... then said only 2 of us could pick up our mobile order as it can only be 2 pickups in the car even though we had already paid, waited and were 4 of us. Then were out of both options of Then we here an employee inside screaming and yelling in the back complaining about us.... worst experience ever and truly embarrassing for them.... didn't even give us straws.....

I have given this location 3 chances this summer. They were not able to get my order correct at any time. Even after I called them out for it and they said they fixed it it was still wrong. Part of my order was 12 hard tacos, every single taco was broken to the point that I had to eat it with a fork. DONT GO HERE

It used to be that I would give Taco Bell 4 or 5 stars. As of a couple of years ago, however, I feel that they have changed their menu for the worse. They got rid of a couple of their since your items, like the Baja steak burrito or the grilled stuffed steak burrito supreme. I'm sure that they mostly sell their cheaper tacos to most folks, so why offer more expensive items that presumably fewer people buy. Anyway, I have other family members who still like the volcano tacos. As far as I can tell, they actually are putting less sauce in each sauce packet recently. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure. Also, I ordered using the app (which I had to update since I haven't used in a long time ). So I ordered while I was still at work and then about 15 minutes later I showed up at the restaurant. Of course, they didn't have the order ready. I felt it probably actually took longer than if I had simply ordered through the drive-thru. On this particular occasion, however, they actually got my entire order correct, so that's a good deal. All things considered, when stooping too fast food, Taco Bell isn't a terrible choice compared with the alternatives.

Don't eat here unless you're cool with waiting 45+ minutes. How it takes SIX EMPLOYEES to do that poor of a job is BEYOND me. Not only was the service sub-par, but several other people before us walked out with only part of their orders fulfilled- after an hour of waiting and no one coming to the front. You need max three competent people to run a store that size.

They seem short staffed and repeatedly messed up orders. We had multiple orders for a group of people, and they incorrectly marked an order as complete when we clearly didn't get food. We ended up waiting 40+ mins for food. They did their best to correct the order, but we had little kids who were extremely hungry and it was very much an unsatisfactory experience.
