Ordered 11 items in total as well as 6 sauce packets. Intended to count the items before walking out of lobby but on top of all the food was 47 sauce packets! I literally counted them. After digging out the food at home, found an item missing. Shocked but not shocked. The blonde haired food prep person was kind to label the food which made it super easy to figure out what was missing. I called in and was asked to return to pick it up-great just what I really did not want to do but I did it. Returned home to eat the one item that was mine and found zero black beans in a black bean Crunchwrap supreme. Hello! Beans are the star of the item, very obvious these were missed. I called back to just let the girls know, was not returning but thought I’d give them a nudge to do better next time and what do I get hit with-attitude. The cashier who answered the phone (teen- dark-haired girl) said “I know for A FACT that it had beans because I made it myself!” Then she talked to the other girl there and was in disbelief of what I was calling about while I was on the phone. When she directed her attention back to me, I nicely let her know my intentions of calling and that know as a cashier not washing her hands in customer’s sight or gloving up I will be throwing away my $6 investment and talking to her manager. Attached are photos. Lacked a full fry carton too. I would not eat here unless the employees were trained in proper food handling and customer service. The guys that usually working here are great so I don’t know what is up with the food prep girl dropping wrappers and pans and Ms. Attitude being the faces of this location. No supervision on this day.
Had stopped at another Taco Bell before heading to bingo and they gave me the wrong sauce for my granddaughter. She couldn't eat the tacos with that sauce. So I looked up a Taco Bell close to the bingo hall at Madison and Hazel. Went to this one and they were extremely helpful . Gave me the right sauces and I thanked them for their help. I will be going there before bingo from now on. Great customer service.
The last three orders they have not been able to produce the correct items. To get any form of customer service is horrific. Sad there is no customer service any more.
Purchased the Gordita crunch box with no tomatoes on the burrito Supreme and natcho cheese shell for the Gordita crunch and an extra side of natcho cheese sauce. By the time I got home and looked at my meal I realized I did not get a Gordita crunch in my order just 2 tacos and they did not include the extra natcho cheese sauce that cost an extra dollar. I ended up driving back to the taco bell to let them know the issues highly dissatisfied that all my food would now be cold by the time I get back home they offered to remake the Gordita crunch and get the sauce I was missing. While waiting I decided to check the burrito Supreme to make sure it had no tomatoes and to my disappointment when I unwraped the burrito on the counter it had tomatoes in it so they remade the burrito as well. Finally got home after I thought all the mistakes were corrected and found that they put a regular shell on the Gordita instead of the natcho cheese shell that I requested and that the extra 1 dollar natcho cheese sauce was 1/4 of the way full and the cheese was cold. Very disappointed with the service, quality of food and over all experience.
Only person in line and it took a long time to get food and our order was wrong. Taco Bell is so over priced these days it’s almost not worth eating there. Easy way to spend over $50 for a family of 5 and it’s very little food for the price. You get more food from a taco truck than you door here
Skip this location!! Went at 10 am and they were closed. Hours say open at 8am. Open for breakfast sign and the drive thru open sign was on and flashing. Looked like an employee was standing out front smoking a cigarette with food service gloves on. Wish the hours posted were correct so I could have saved time and not stopped, now I have no time to grab breakfast.
As good as a taco bell can get. Very nice staff, food never lacking. Full tacos, accurate orders, well mixed burritos.
I get home and everything was cold! No lukewarm, COLD. No one likes a dry cold tortilla. I had to wait and they apologized about wait time. I said no worries. I don't mind waiting but the food isn't even hot ?! My crunchwrap was just a cold tortilla with lettuce. There is like half a teaspoon of meat in it. Same with gordita crunch. The burrito and tacos aren't even wrapped up properly. I'll drive the extra .7 miles to east Bidwell next time.
