I don't usually leave a review for fast food places, because the experience and food is what you'd usually expect, meh. Honestly, most people don't go to fast food places looking for a wow experience and food. However, this location blew me away with their customer service, their teamwork, the atmosphere, and the food!! I went through drive thru, I had a couple questions and the young man taking my order, hesitated for, literally a second, then his coworker jumped on answering it. They went a step further by putting both menu items I asked about on the board for me to see. Repeated my order to me, and let me know that all but one own had sour cream and asked if I'd like it in the item as well. He then asked me to look at the board and make sure everything I wanted was there before pulling forward. He greeted me with a smile, and as my order was handed to him, both employees checked the ticket, then he read it to me while handing it to me, and tried one more upsell. After I paid at the window, he offered another upsell!! The place looked very clean and everyone was smiling and looked like everyone appeared to be having a great shift! Thank you so for an A+ experience from a fast food places! This experience at this location had now made it feel like comfort food. Anytime I am at this particular customers house I now go to this Taco Bell to treat myself I didn't feel rushed
This is one of the best Taco Bells I have ever visited. They are very friendly and pretty fast at getting orders out. I also Door Dash and when I go in to pick up orders they are almost always ready when I walk in. Jessica the manger is super nice ! If there is ever a problem you can bet she will take care of it.
Fast service, and the staff where really nice. Food was fresh and full of food. I got say one best taco bells I've been to in a while.
I see sour cream on my receipt however not on my mexican pizza
Went by drive thru on Saturday, ordered a Burrito Supreme, water, and asked for some fire sauce. Now, I am not sure if the employees are either lazy or just do not know what a Burrito Supreme is made with. We get a bean Burrito and no fire sauce, the only thing correct was the water. This location is horrible for correct orders & making the food right. Oh and when you attempt to make a complaint on the Taco Bell website, after entering in all the info & sumbit, an error message pops up stating the website is not found. Good job Taco Bell, this explains why your employees are not trained correctly either.
Pulled thru for a quick bite for lunch. Wait not long. Staff friendly. Food prepared as requested and was hot and fresh. Out of my diet drink but offered to remedy that if I wanted to wait or gave me other options.
Food was fast and delicious. I couldn't believe how fast I received my order. I pulled up to the window and the cashier was already handing me my food and they had a line. So props to this Taco Bell good job guys!! Thank you
This is my favorite Taco Bell location. They are always fast and friendly. I always order on the app and it makes the drive thru experience much easier.
