I came to this Taco Bell for the kids this evening. I pulled up to the speaker to place an order after waiting in line for a long time and as I started speaking, the employee stated that she was NOT taking drive-thru orders, but only honoring DOORDASH orders. It would be nice to have that advertised before customers waste their time in line. The few cars behind me were able to reverse, but I wasn't so lucky. The irony of it all is that when everyone who wanted to place an order drove off, they had absolutely no customers.
Cracked shells. Barely any lettuce. All three shells cracked badly, all three had scraps of lettuce. Be careful going to this location, they obviously do NOT care about food quality.
I come here all the time. There's one guy I'm always happy to see working because I know my order will be done well. I don't understand why some nights you're only open for doordash/Uber.
It's hard to say that there's anything people wouldn't know about Taco Bell already. However, my experience at this location, in particular, has been decent. They push for the use of the kiosks, and you'll likely not see an employee take an order. Otherwise, my food has been properly made and delivered with a smile. The dining area appears to be open or closed depending on staff availability.
Thought I should leave a good review. I came today around 1 am for my pick up order and they even answered the phone when I called to make sure they were open. Nobody in line and conversation was short but my order was right and warm except I didn’t get my cinnamon twists but I assumed it was probably because it was late and they didn’t have the fryers on. I worked fast food so I completely understand that. I even swapped meat for potatoes on all my tacos and it was correct. Don’t know why this location gets so much hate!
I was SO excited when they opened up a location closer to my house. I’ve gotten from here a few times now and I always experience a mix of the same issues; 1. order is wrong 2. food doesn’t taste good (I order the same thing from other locations and there is a difference) 3. they put a ridiculously small portion in your food. I received the flattest chalupa because there was almost nothing in it which is annoying when you’re paying $5 for it. Im over this place and will go back to traveling to the Richmond location.
The three girls working the overnight shift Saturday August 26th 2023 were seriously the greatest. My fiance and I aren't from here and wound up in Overland by taking the wrong bus(conveniently the last running bus until 4:30am) so we were on foot completely lost in the rain and they went out of their way to make sure we were okay and asked us about our situation, they let us come inside out of the rain where we ordered and ate our food. We didn't want to overstay our welcome so we went outside to figure out our next move and they went out of their way to come outside and ask us again if everything was okay. In this new world filled with rude, cold hearted people they truly were a wonderful breath of fresh air. Thank you girls for the above and beyond hospitality! Will 100% be back to this Taco Bell if we ever find ourselves in the area again!! 5 stars all the way around!
When I finished ordering and got to the window I asked them to change my order from 6 soft tacos to the new family box with 4 hard tacos and 4 beefy burritos for the same price and the manager told the girl at the window she can't change my order at the window. It would have been easier to order if the person taking orders could have suggested the family deal for the same price. Their attitudes were horrible and the manager or whoever she was for the evening kept looking back saying what she say. Bad customer service skills. Also the tacos were stale and the burrito was so burnt that you smell it. It was also stuck to the paper. Very disappointed. When spent $16 on our order. Waste of time and money. Edit: went back for a remake and this the outcome. So disappointed.
