I never thought I would write a review on Taco Bell, but here goes. The first part of my review is greatly my fault…for not driving off before the drive-thru line got too tight to leave. I waited for half an hour in a line with only 6 cars in front of me!! I couldn’t figure out what could possibly be taking so long. The lady in front of me ordered and pulled up. I pulled up to the speaker and waited before saying something without any reply. A couple of minutes later, the lady that was in front of me got out of her car and walked back to me to tell me that after the girl took her order, she never got her food and the worker inside disappeared from view. I tried calling the store and nobody would answer. This was all at a couple of hours before closing time on a Saturday night. I was not pleased to say the least. I rarely eat any fast food to begin with, but I will definitely not be returning!
First time yesterday i visit here this location around 12:42 AM, had nice experience,the quality of food is superb & the food preparer made so tasty as how i like it. I like fire sauce here but i didnt get any sauces. Overall i would like to come here whenever i feel hungry.
Horrific experience. Waited 20 minutes and finally got the window. Waited 10 minutes while the other cars in front of me were taken care of. They said they’d be right with me. Great. Waited an additional 30 minutes and nobody answered. Almost an hour total. Had to leave… no food and no response from staff. Absolutely Despicable.
I wish I had a video of my experience at this location. The drive through, um, female attendant, was not interested in service to customers. She was impatient w/ me when I asked for a moment to look over the menu. Kept saying, "Is that all?" (I ordered a 12 pack of tacos/ w hot sauce. I was give only mild sauce) It was as if her conversation w/ her coworkers was way too important to be bothered by me and my hungry children. What The ?? Why do fast food workers think their job isn't important??? It is!!! People need food. 63% of all prisoners in the U.S. had low blood sugar at the time of their arrest. #FACTS My kids love taco bell, so we will keep going, but whomever manages this location needs to pay attention to customer service. 🛑 Stop acting like your better than or too EXTRA to correctly fill a food/sauce order. What is going on America? 🚨 First responders, law enforcement, medical staff, surgeons... They all wake up, every day, And do their job w/ PROFESSIONALISM. 🤔 FAST FOOD EMPLOYEES NEED TO DO THE SAME. STOP WRECKING OUR NATION W/ YOUR LACK OF INTEREST. AND IF YOU DONT THINK RESPECTFULLY FILLING A FOOD ORDER MATTERS, WELL THEN I HOPE YOU EAT WITHOUT SALT OR SUGAR EVERY MEAL UNTIL YOU REPENT. (MIC 🎤 DROP)
Had to wait for like 1 hour or more for one bean burrito cause they say that they have only burrito and tacos at this moment which I didn’t expect. If they are out of some food why they need to show it is open until 3AM. I was waiting in the line from almost 12:20 to 1:30 where only 4 cars are in front of me. The guy who is taking the orders is soo rude that he is not at all obeying the customers And after waiting for like 1 hour in the line this is the service they are providing. Very upset with this store and I’m not going to come back for sure.
The staff was unwelcoming and unaccommodating when asking why we couldn’t get the crispy chicken taco on the kiosk which they said we could only order from. The made us feel like a burden and came across lazy, unfriendly and filled bad cliches. The food turned out fine, except for giving me beef instead of the chicken I ordered. The staff also seemed distracted by their own “guy talk”.
At the hotel next door because our power is out. Waited in line for an hour. Only because we're staying in a hotel because our power is out and we can't make anything else and we're starving and McDonald's line was to the street. Literally 30 minutes of waiting was sitting one car from the speaker not moving. Only to get to the speaker and be told only tacos and burritos. Nothing else. But they have chips, etc. Just won't make a bell grande, etc. Then these lazy don't wanna work people didn't even give me all the food I paid for. And what I got was made wrong. Fire them all.
Found a living ant crawling around in my chicken taco after I had already eaten one. Alerted the staff and they offered to make me another one🤢 The staff seemed very unconcerned about this. Took several weeks to get a refund through the Taco Bell app. No follow up regarding pest control and process improvements so proceed with caution at this location🙃
