Food was made to near perfection everything tasted fresh. Staff were friendly and polite. The drawbacks are the drive through lines are very long. The food is expensive for fast food. Big Highlight you can get Ranch as a Side for your food at this location because of kfc.

I was having a not so great birthday and the only good part of it was I got a Taco Bell gift card. It sounds silly, but before my dad passed away we used to get Taco Bell really late at night all of the time and it was one of my favorite things to do with him so naturally that’s what I wanted to do for my birthday. The gentleman who took my order and rang me out was incredibly kind and wanted to pay for my meal (I didn’t allow him) but the gesture was very nice of him. My food was also amazing today.

Food is fine enough. I always have to check my order because 4/5 times they forgot something. It's one of the only places open till 2am in Norwich. I will always choose Taco Bell over McDonald's, so it's got that going for them. It's certain that drunk me will end up here again in the future.

Exactly what you'd expect, but I have to sing them for a disgruntled employee visit during our meal. Staff was classy, but we were asked to leave out the side door when we were done. Tip: try the grilled cheese burrito. A new classic.

The first thing I noticed when we arrived was that there were 2 customers waiting in line that came from drive-thru whose orders were incorrect. This location is a combo of Tacobell and KFC so my wife and I ordered Tacobell and my daughter ordered a 3 piece tender box with mac n cheese. Her mac n cheese had nasty looking chunks that I assume was burnt food from the bottom of the pan. Her chicken was dry and old. My Baja Blast soda was pure seltzer and my wife's Pepsi had a chemical like after taste. This location has repeatedly shown they take a long time to get the food to the customer and do not provide great customer service or quality of food. The employee handing out the food had earbuds in his ears. To me that isnt good customer service. I would advise skipping this restauraunt and going to another one.

They used to be better. My large fry in the photo was less than halfway full and cold. The crunchy tacos we ordered were so stale we had to throw them out.

The young man working the drive thru today was very polite and articulate. You don't get that very often, and his professionalism really stood out in a good way. Fantastic customer service.

Drive-thru: Stale taco shells, sloppy prep of food, hot sauce packets were placed in the bag covered in hot sauce, not sure they’ve ever heard of offering napkins or automatically putting them in the bag either. Ridiculous! Taco Bell/KFC...Pepsi...c’mon, you can do better than this!! stale stāl adjective 1. (of food) no longer fresh and pleasant to eat; hard, musty, or dry. "stale bread" synonyms: old, past its best, off, dry, hard, musty, rancid, overstored "stale food" verb 1. make or become stale.
