The girl that took our order was very friendly she even had us laughing. She also let us know that we could get a better deal if we got a box. It had more food in it for way less money, we really appreciated that! She took our order and went to make our food and had it all done before we had our drinks made so super fast! She even took our food to our table for us! Very very friendly staff and our food was great!! Thanks for making us feel welcomed MJ. We will definitely be going back

This is a really great Taco Bell. Everyone works fast and is really friendly. The inside is way more relaxed and modern than the TB I live near. They also aren’t greedy with their breakfast salsa like mine is. I’m definitely stopping by again next time I’m in town.

Absolutely horrible. Usually the service and food is pretty good. But this time it was so so bad. I ordered two nacho fry boxes on the app and i got a reward for a free doritos locos taco. Upon getting to the store i was told their fryers were down, and asked what i would like in exchange. I asked what i could get, and they offered cinnamon twists or chips and nacho cheese, neither of which are the same price as nacho fries. I said cinnamon twists, not really minding that I was losing out on a dollar or so. Got my food, got home and upon opening everything, it was a MESS. My dorito taco was SMASHED, my burritos were DRIPPING with grease, the soft tacos were falling apart and wrapped incorrectly, and for SOME REASON even though they didn’t give us any nacho fries, i still got the nacho cheese cups, one of which had a HAIR in it. They didn’t provide me with straws or napkins either. The sheer amount of grease that was on this food was way more than usual. I understand fast food is supposed to be greasy, but this was overkill. Everything was so disappointing. Sad. I’m not even sure how to go about getting a refund either.

I came in for Breakfast on 6/3/23 before church and had the breakfast “box” with the California style breakfast crunch wrap.. it was SO good. First time trying it.. the restaurant was very clean, workers polite and so nice.. the BEST experience I’ve EVER HAD at a Taco Bell.. in Wilkesboro NC on hwy. 18

This Taco Bell is the worst ever! You’re lucky to get a teaspoon of meat and three or four pieces of shredded cheese! The staff are nasty and filthy and the restaurant is in constant disarray. I don’t understand how they can even be in business after all the years of subpar food that comes out of this place. The owner does not care about the quality of food! All of Wilkes county should come together and ban this Taco Bell once and for all!

I almost always order the same thing. The quantity is greater usually than the new store in Wilkesboro which serves smaller portions. The N W store has served the smaller portion once. Both provide me a senior drink. I go through the drive thru. Like the expanded hours of operation compared to other eating places nearby. I would give 5 star to N W except for the smaller portion they once served. Not returned since.

Save your money, worst fast food, place in Wilkes in my opinion. The food is always old and very sparingly with toppings, meat and everything especially considering how much it costs. If you go there within 2 to 3 hours of closing they are out of everything. I really don’t know how this place is still open!

Food was not hot, I asked for no sour cream and my food had sour cream. Our order was not complete and I had to go ask for the rest of my food. The sweet tea was so weak it was almost clear. The tea tasted like sugar water, not tea. The employees excuse was that the tea was freshly brewed and it gets darker the longer it sits. Lol, yea, right
