I wasn't quite in the mood for Taco Bell, but I went anyway. This location is always out of something, usually it's meat. I can understand if it's a limited time only or a discontinued item, which they should remove from the menu if it's no longer being offered. They didn't have dipping tacos, and I'm guessing the watermelon freezes are no longer a menu item. That flavor wasn't an option when asked about the freezes. For the most part, our orders were correct, and there wasn't an issue putting combos in separate bags. I can't stand when ordering more than one combo meal that everything is put in one bag.
What can you say? This is a quality Location. The customer service was good and the food was fantastic! We each had the soft spicy potato taco and an order of Nacho Fries. Boy do we love the nacho fries! You've got to try them! We like to take some of the cheese sauce and put it on the taco. We had a good time. The only problem I've ever had with these places is that it's not much for atmosphere. I understand it's a fast food restaurant but it's really drab. As long as they have nacho fries, I'll be back to eat again.
Probably one of the better taco bells I have been too. Super fast drive thru. Food is fresh. And when I had a mistake in my order they had zero problem making it right!
I’m just disappointed… I’ve been coming here for months now after I moved and normal food always made right and cooked right but now this is my third time now that when I order they always mess something up. First time was putting lettuce in a beefy five layer burrito when it doesn’t come with any, second time was getting a fiesta potato with so much cheese and barely any sour cream… and now, I normal order a steak quesadilla with extra steak but my quesadillas had barely any steak and my beefy five layer had onions in it which I hate. I don’t know what happens but the food quality has gone down hill and im not gonna keep ordering from a place that allows this to happen. I’ve worked for Taco Bell before in years past and I know these items aren’t hard to make, Hell they some of the easiest items to make but employees can’t just have good attitudes they need to know how to properly make the food right and if you willing to keep employees who can’t make it right then I’m not coming back. I wasted money on food I physically couldn’t eat so I’m not gonna do it anymore. I hope you do better.
I do eat out often, when I do I like the breakfast crunch wrap! I always Ask NO creamy jalapeño sauce. Its way too spicy! I asked the lady at the window if she was sure it was no sauce. She told me Yes! I get to work and half of my crunch wrap has it on it! This is not the first time!
Not too sure how to use those new devices when you walk in you have to order on a little screen yourself. This girl that was working there so sweet and came over and help me. We can't find people nowadays that would even go out of their way to help somebody that's never used one of those things before kudos to her. Taco Bell she's a keeper. I had a long list and she had no problem standing there doing a $50 order.
