Drink missing, no sauce - not one, no utensils (Mexican Pizza), no napkins. I didn’t bother to call because that takes time away from someone for something ‘little’. Attention to detail is important! The gentlemen was friendly at the window & I appreciate that.
Every time I go here I get food for cheap and it tastes good. I do mean this Taco Bell specifically too, because the one up the street from it smells bad, had horrible parking, and until the city destroyed the bridge had always offered the threat of being rear-ended by oncoming freeway traffic. The one guy who always looks angry is the nicest, and the girl that looks the youngest is by far the meanest you ever met. However at the good Taco Bell here on Linwood everyone is nice. They are kids so they are a little ignorant but you have to give them a pass because they always get the food right and they get the job done quickly. This might be the only Taco Bell I've ever been to that I don't have to check my food to see if everything is in there because it is, every single time. Maybe this is nitpicking but the place is too clean and I don't like it. Maybe next time I go over there I'll kick over a trash can and spit on the table just to make it look bad like every other Taco Bell in the world. Okay I won't do that because I do actually want to go back there again tomorrow. Maybe I'll apply for a job so I can be the only slacker who won't wipe off a table.
I went through drive-thru, The food was okay but I ordered a combo and all I got was a cup full of ice. I mean completely full I'd be surprised if my large drink had 12 oz of fluid in it. It's deceptive practices like this that makes you lose a customer I will not return all I ask is simple. To get what I paid for and that did not happen!
Every time I come here on the day shift the food isn't as good, and they always forget simple things like napkins sauce and fork. When I come during dinner everything is actually really good. I'm not sure why they keep forgetting sauces napkins and forks but whoever is managing this place should probably follow up with their team and make sure they're doing things correctly
They need to fire all night crew, every last one of them. They always screw up my order. It never fails. Idk if they just suck or are on drugs but they are all just terrible at their jobs. It's pitiful!!! Day staff are awesome, I never had one issue when ordering during the day.
The food, as always, is great. I just get tired of stopping at this particular store to get some advertised new meal only to be told they don't have it. Even though it's clearly displayed on their drive-up menu and in store menu.
Drive through attendant was very patient and ensured all special instructions/modifications were correct. Jawahir and Brodie were so kind and ensured we had a good experience!
I have always had good service here. The employees have always been friendly, efficent and professional. I've never had to wait very long, plenty of napkins and sauces. The food however.......... Crunchy tacos, not crunchy, VERY LITTLE meat. The crunchwrap, NO CRUNCH, 95% tortilla, 5% filling. Taste of food, BLECH!!!! Later evening the meat or beans tastes DISGUSTING 🤮 tastes chemically or maybe burnt¿ And that also seems that's when you're lucky if you get the fillings you're supposed to get.
