This used to be a good taco bell. I am a vegan and normally order tacos and burritos with black beans instesd of meat and no cheese. This used to not be an issue but within the last few months most of my orders have had bits of meat and cheese in them if I order in the evening, I can only assume they have been pre-making tacos and burritos and hastily tried to remove the cheese and meat and add the beans when I made my order. When I order during the day I get a different problem, I often get my tacos for less than a 1/4 of the shell to have anything in it. Image below. Credit where credit is due. If I do bring my food back and inform them that meat and/or cheese was left in my food they will replace it. But this shouldn't be happening almost everytime. And I know it's absolutely possible for them because they were able to do these orders correctly 90% of the time for the better part of a year. I honestly think that A) they have adopted some new pre-made system in the busy evening hours and have people making haste rather then making a new taco when someone requests different ingredients, B) that they do not prepare enough black beans during the off hours, and C) that they are more willing to do hasty jobs and push subpar product to get the line going quickly. This used to be my favorite fast food joint in Bloomington-Normal. I really hope they can go back to their old quality for vegan options.
Just got home from the drive thru. After not getting my order correct twice, I drove up to the window to add on what the worker didn't hear to an immediate complaining from staff working the line. When I got home, the original items were missing from my order. Receipt printer toner needs replaced, as I can't fill out a survey for this abysmal service. How hard is it to correctly make 3 soft tacos and 2 Mexican pizzas?
This freaking place would mess up an order even if you ordered just water. The Mex pizza combo says it comes with 2 crunchy tacos. The last time I ordered I didn’t receive any tacos. This time, I got soft shell. Guess you get what ever they feel like giving you that day.
Went through drive thru for a crunch wrap supreme meal got all the way home and realized my crunch wrap supreme didn’t have meat on it or cheese got there they didn’t apologize they just gave me another one went all the home home and realized again barely no meat very disappointed and staff was not polite with greeting. I didn’t feel like going back for a second time so I just threw the food away. Disappointing
Very bad attitude Very unfriendly staff the dinning room.was filthy and the seats where dirty with cheese on.the side of the seats dirt on the ground napkins on the floor water puddles on the floor
Got the receipt of the person ahead of me in my order. Order was all wrong. Asked for chicken power bowl... missing black beans, tomatos. Asked for no sour cream - there was sour cream. Even asked for taco sauce, received none. Won' be going back...
Pretty good. They usually get our order correct. It’s been wrong once or twice but they are quick to remake it. They have the occasional off night where they are slow and drinks are out of stock, but overall good. Much better than the one across town. I definitely prefer and recommend this location.
Trash. Always too busy and most of the time getting my orders wrong . I get it that job for low life's and pot heads but like come on man . Simple instructions I tell them and thsy always do something opposite. Ifk how many time this company did me wrong. Trash company and trash workers . They both go hand to hand
