Nightshift staff are rude. Ordered a $17 order and everyywas completely wrong. I called to see if I could get my order replaced. They told me no. Are you serious? I've only ever had this issue with night shift. Day shift workers are wonderful. I ordered potato soft tacos with sour cream. They were missing sour cream and lettuce. My potatoes were still frozen!!! No joke.Grilled chicken burritos were missing chicken! Beefy melt burritos were missing chips and no extra beef (which I paid for!) I wasn't rude on the phone when I called, I genuinely wanted just a replacement or atleast for them to say sorry about the mess up! Don't go on night shift, your food will be messed up, almost always.
Worst place ever! Went to get food and they said there was only 1 person working then there was 5-6 people. Wouldn’t even make 1 taco! Then when I said that there is 5 people in there they started cussing me out. Worst Taco Bell ever. Bad employees…. I won’t be eating here again. This isn’t the 1st time it has happened always happens to me and when I am able to order food is wrong an cold and stale.
I ordered my food and double checked the order on the screen. The service was polite but I feel as if they gave us whatever leftovers they had left. By the time I got home (five minutes away) the food was cold and the order was completely wrong from what I ordered even tho I double checked the screen and had confidence in the staff because of their politeness. Having good manners doesn't excuse the deliberate misled of having your order right and just handing out cold left overs. Definitely would rather spend the 35 dollars in gas money to go to Somerset than go back to this establishment. We arrived at midnight three minutes before they closed an hour early before the actual closing time. Management needs to do their job better.
Waited for over 20 minutes and food was completely wrong
Food was good, since we were the only ones in there the service was good, and again being the only ones in the place the atmosphere was good also!!
Food is good if you use the app and customize your order
I could live off tacos and wouldn't complain that's why I gave 5 stars and the other is the food I know every taco bell taste the same as this one does as well but it's how much goodness they put in the shell or tortilla and this taco bell don't skimp its not to much or to less it's the right amount every time the staff are a cool the just be chillin and slingin tacos.
