Don’t waste your money going to this location. Food is awful most of the time. Today, I decided to give them another chance and it was a mistake. I ordered a number one regular and 3 extra regular tacos for my family. We told them to keep the receipt because normally we don’t have issues this bad. I get the food and half are made supreme, which we are unable to eat. I do inside to try to get this corrected. I wait 5 minutes before anyone coming up to the register and I explain what happened and that if these are supreme I was charged 3 dollars extra. They asked for the receipt, so I went back to the car just to make sure I didn’t have it. When I came back in, they proceeded to fill sauces and other condiments and completely ignore me for another 5 minutes. Then they make the correct food. They refused to give me my money back. They offered me more food, but there was no way we could eat that much so I just asked for my money back again. They flat out refused to give me the money back, even though they charged me for more than I ordered. I know that for many that much money doesn’t mean much, but money is tight. I don’t understand why a reasonable request of being refunded what I was overcharged is denied. The food we got also tasted bad. The crunchy shells were stale and the meat watery. Just avoid this place.

It's been Years since we've had an awesome crew. I went for the volcano burrito. Of course taco bell discontinued it without taking it off the menu. Mike was Awesome! I had my pup in the car. The crew said hi to him. (He loves attention) My food was on point. I pray this crew stays! I like taco bell, but this crew will have me coming back for the good vibes!

This is a sad excuse for a taco bell, nobody at this location cares. This is what they served my friend and I for a steak quesadilla tonight. Half the quesadilla is two pieces of steak with a few strands of cheese. The other half wasn't any better. They also forgot the Diablo sauce.

The Taco bell near me improves and degrades in quality repeatedly. One day, out of nowhere, it will be the best Taco bell I've ever been to then over the next year it progressively turns in to a place that gets your order wrong and has open food items in the bag. Then somehow its awesome again. I update on this place regularly and right now they are big bad.

The worst taco bell location. Bets orders wrong and don't even try going late. They never answer the kiosk beyond midnight but you can see employees just standing around in the kitchen when you drive past the window. Taco Bell corporate needs to step in here.

Employee high as a kite, reckless driving through the parking lot. Call me a “b*****” and tried to play it off. Had headset on in the vehicle and he got out and the car was smoking like a chimney. Horrible service and this employee should be fired. Makes the business look bad and he seems lazy.

Went before a concert with my sister and her friend, ordered the crunch wrap supreme.... when I got to the concert not even 10 minutes later I was in the restroom... the food was not cooked properly but then again, I'm not surprised considering how low the score already is. Happy to bring it down further... do not eat here. You will get sick. Needs to be shut down.

Came and ordered a soft shell party pack and some slushys. After spending over $25 i get told the slushy machine doesn’t work even tho I can see it running and says its ready. They wouldn’t give me a receipt for my order and give me all hard shell and don't even ask if I want any sauce. After waiting to get help for the sauce I had to tell her multiple times the 2 kinds that I want. Once I realized I got all hard shell instead if soft shell I informed them and they refused to fix it. I then asked for a manager and corporates number and they also refused to give me that. I cant believe the disrespect and lack of service I received.
