worst service literally ever. ordered Uber eats last night my spicy potato tacos came with no potato’s, just cheese and lettuce. no sauces at all when I requested EXTRA and received none, didn’t receive half of my order. the people here clearly just don’t care about there jobs like it’s ridiculous. 0 stars. nachos barley had anything on them
This location is very clean it's right off the highway in downtown New Britain Connecticut off of main Street it is surrounded by many other shops and places that serve food it's an asset located in the heart of the City of New Britain it is sometimes crowded but the service is very good the staff seems to get along very well with each other and customers. The best part about this location is you can come see some of the wonderful sculptures as you walk around enjoying your Taco Bell and make sure you stop by some of the local shops and help out small businesses. If you love Taco Bell I would highly recommend this location the service is good as I said the location is clean the bathroom is only for used by customers and the prices are in line with other Taco Bell locations. Oh yeah most importantly they usually have the full menu available for purchase. So if they ever come out with anything new you want to try this location should have it so I will be surprised if they disappoint you. There's also a fast track CT transit station nearby so you can jump on the bus and get to this location very easily and also to other locations across the city of New Britain from this destination.
HORRIBLE! Please stop spending your money here! Every time I’ve ordered, half of my food is missing or wrong. THEY DON’T CARE. I ordered the Mexican pizza and two soft tacos with beans no meat and guess what? They ALL came with just meat. I am a vegetarian, so if my whole order comes with meat I have nothing to eat! This location either needs to be shut down or replaced with an entire new staff and management who actually care. Very frustrating that they don’t read the order! Will never be ordering from here again.
You gave Uber Eats the wrong order. I waited over a hour. Mine had 2 items, the one you gave him had 8 or 9. Your job is already about as easy as it gets. If you can’t do this, just give up.
**edit** we will no longer be going to this Taco Bell. Too many mistakes. Hopefully Plainville is better. We always ask for chicken, tonight we got beef. Receipt was correct, it’s the food crew who keeps messing up. Done with this place.
The guy who made my order was very fast, and the burrito I got was better than usual, usually the burrito has a somewhat cold tortilla, it's like dry but this cook does it right, I get a soft fluffy warm tortilla, the cashier also was excellent with service, teaching me how to use the kiosk who instructions were very clear and helpful, I may order more than usual if I see him working, this place makes the best cheesy bean and rice burritos.
Filthy place. Stinks like piss. Rude staff. Terrible service. Had to wait 20 minutes extra for my online order just to receive a part of it and be forced to wait another 10 min for the rest. Never again.
they charge for Large sz cups yet they only give out Mediums always saying there out of large cups. heard this multiple times over months. also more than once they put frozen lettuce on my tacos. stoped going
