Being charged over $10 for a combo meal when they don’t have Baja blast most of the time you’d think they’d get it right. Got a nacho bel grande combo and there wasn’t any sour cream on the taco supreme that comes with it. To top it off when I first got home and looked in the bag I thought my order was wrong because my Nacho bel grande was in a Mexican pizza box. One time at this location I was even asked if I still wanted the NBG combo even though they didn’t have any nacho cheese and same visit didn’t have any Baja blast. Why would I spend my money on 2 items I’m not getting? Better ordering from trucks or something needs to happen at this location.

As someone who works in the service industry, the staff here is awful. (Night shift) They act like you’re an inconvenience to them and are often clearly inebriated. The food is often smashed, missing something important, unheated, or has clearly been premade and sitting for hours. You’re lucky if you even get what you ordered. Also have been here several times when the hours say ‘open’ but the entire staff is outside smoking and completely ignoring the drive thru. Please hire a better staff or shut the place down. Not worth your money, go to a different T Bell

Watch the cameras at 3:40pm I walk inside. There's nobody in the lobby. One or two cars average in the drive thru. 4 employees. More than half the tables are dirty. There's no ice in the drink machines. I can hear the employees cussing consistently. I waited roughly 10 minutes on the order even though they're slow. They never told me the food was ready. I had to assume it was when I noticed the cook walking outside the front doors. I had to ask for the meal while they were sitting there looking at their phones.

My son likes to eat here. I think the taco meat is greasy. The quality of product for what you pay is not equalling up. The employees are also working very hard to move cars and guests.

I tried to leave a review with the receipt but it didn't have the code or I couldn't figure it out 😬 but they're always very nice to me here, doing God's work

The staff was awesome, and the food was excellent. Thanks for breakfast guys

My grandson and I went for dinner. He loves the box combo. Lol. I had a Burrito Supreme. This was the first time I tasted a Dorrito Taco. Loved it.

It's really a hit or miss situation. My issue is with staff. Oftentimes, you can clearly see through behavior, and physical details, that at least one (often multiple) of the staff is inebriated. When this is the case, there is always at least one detail of my order that gets messed up or left out. Now, that said, when I don't experience anyone intoxicated, there is still an unpleasant demeanor. They wear their dissatisfaction with being there clearly, and sometimes it feels as though they take it out on the customer. Aside from their lack of contentment, and the resentful vibe, I can at least attest that these (apparently sober) employees do get the orders right more often than not. Aside from issues with inebriation and negativity, everything else about this place is just as you should expect of a fast food company. This is why I still opted to give them a higher rating. Hope this was helpful!
