Crappiest Taco Bell we’ve ever been to. They added cheese on my bowl even though I said no cheese and it says so on the ticket. Also, no fork so I improvised. They didn’t add nacho cheese to my husbands burrito even though it says so on the ticket. Food wasn’t fresh either, disappointing. The worker was nice though.

I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a taco and a Mexican pizza I live 4 minutes away from this Taco Bell when I got home my Mexican pizza was cold and the cheese was hard like it had just been sitting. When I called to try to see if I could get another one that was actually warm and not cold I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone and I called five times over an hour and nobody ever answered the phone. This is the worst experience at a Taco Bell I have had by far. Somebody needs to check on that phone.

Took 30 minutes to get my food, 10 more minutes to get the 2 items they missed, and then they screwed up what they gave me. Normally this location is great, but after the awful experience today I think I'm done with taco bell for a long while. This completely put me off, and taco bell was my go to favorite so that says a lot.

I just left and I can say I’m more than disappointed. The only thing that they got correct on my order was no sour cream. They forgot (2) of my food items. My beef Chalupa was soaking wet. And my spicy chicken quesadilla was cold. Why do I put myself through the torture of going to this establishment. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t bother calling because that’s never worked in the past before. All I ever get is excuses. New crew please

Walked into order our food something happened. We stood there for 30 minutes waiting on them to take our order. And I asked a multiple times if I could just use the back computer just through the drive through window one and she said, yeah, and then never did it and went back to work and didn't even pay us no attention, I counted like 15 cars that I watched pull in the drive through and leave the drive through with their food. stood in there and disbelieve at this actually's going on..

During the evening this location always has all their lights turned off on all their signs and around the building like their closed, even though their open. They'll even have the backlight to the menu off. It gives it a very uncomfortable vibe. I don't know if it's the night staff just not wanting to work or if it's a stupid store policy but it's very irritating. Just turn some lights on, man.

Awful taco bell. Took 30 minutes to get our order. Kitchen is filthy, staff are OK at best.

I have eaten here several times, the staff doesn't seem to know the menu or care what you order. They give you what they want and I have NEVER gotten what I ordered. Most times I remember and avoid this taco bell like the plague but every once in awhilei decide to try again. It never works out. No tomatoes and no lettuce on the #8 means what it says
