Walked in at 8 pm. Started putting my order into the kiosk and was told the lobby was closed. That's not what the sign says. This is the second time this has happened to us. I'll be reaching out to corporate as well. Why doesn't anyone want to work? Taco Bell can do better!
My food was great. The problem today was the location was running out of a lot of products. Drinks on tap were watered down if they weren't completely out already. Very youthful staff that were playing around, using foul language, and generally not doing much of anything. The touch screen displays were nasty and sticky from being wiped off with the same towel that was probably used to wipe down dirty tables. You could see the streaks on everything that was wiped with that towel and it was disgusting. There were 2 employees that were doing everything they could to take care of their customers. This is the 2nd time in 2 days I've been to this location and the disappointment increased each visit. Never again will I go to this location even if they were giving away lifetime food. I'll pass.
Ordered online. The white girl in the gray hoodie was so rude. She was more obsessed with being on her phone than helping me. Tried handing me a drink that had spilled all over the cup, I didn’t take, she looked at me like I was crazy. When she finally realized the drink was spilling she said my bad and whipped it down. Food was terrible.
Went through the drive thru restaurant at 10:30 pm on a Friday. They did not have any sauces or tomatoes. The employee asked if both of these were acceptable. When opening my mexican pizza the box was bent and most of it was stuck to the top of the box. My tacos were also cut in half.
The manager was so incredibly rude. I used to work in the food service industry I would have been fired if I talked to a customer like that. No ma’am. Everyone else was very polite. But that manager should be working at family dollar with that attitude. WILL NOT COME BACK. I recommend you do the same.
We all can do better and though my food didn’t take very long, my order was correct as well as hot, one customer ordered a value meal and 4 people who ordered after him received there food before he was finally asked what his order was. This is a common occurrence, almost daily, and people have just come to accept it. The customer never spoke up, asking about his order but the worker, with the customer standing right in front front of him, waited until everyone else in the lobby received there order’s before acknowledging the customer.
My family went in and were not politely told that the dining room was closed and we would have to go to the drive through. Why not put a sign up? The lady at the counter didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. We left and will never go back.
Nacho grande the meal my roomie got a 5 dollar box the young lady was very pleasant at drive thru last Saturday plus the service was fast the order was all in the bag thumbs up Taco Bell 🔔 keep it up
