Stopped while traveling. Tried to preorder on the app, too over ten minutes so just walked in and ordered off the kiosk. Order took to long because they made the order for the guy ahead of me twice. Food was good they even warmed the cinnatwists

I rarely have issues with my order here unless it's through Door Dash. Plus, the people working drive-thru at this store are generally quite friendly comparatively.

We were very disappointed in this visit to a normally decent resteraunt. We walked in the door and were greeted by someone stacking sauce packets which is what be did for the next two minutes, while we waited for him to come around to take or order. We were the only people in the dining room. It took 12 minutes to get our food after placing our order. We were the only people in the dining room. One of the items on ther order was wrong but the wife ate it as she does like the item that was entered and recieved incorrectly. Pictures attached show that the cheese on the quesadillas was not only not melted but was almost cold. Stopping at this taco bell on our way home used to be a ritual but seems like it has run its course.

People were very friendly the crunchy tacos had almost no meat or cheese on them but were very generous with lettuce lol... I was so disappointed they no longer had chili cheese burritos at this location but the woman working there was really friendly and that's getting rare at fast food places these days

Walked in the lobby and was refused service "because the lobby is closed". Even though cars were buying in the drive thru and I can't drive an 18 wheeler through the drive thru. At least lock the door if you don't want any business.

Forgot sauce, had tomatoes when I asked for none, and chalupa shell's were cold like they always are here. Normally I'd ignore all the but the entire store ran outside right after they gave me my bag like they were more focused on getting outside 4 hrs before close instead of making orders right and fresh. Oh yeah, and when i came back around to get my sauce, lady gave the most unapologetic sorry i've ever gotten like it was my fault for going there in the first place. Embarrassing staff tonight at 11:00 pm 4/14/23. Edit 6/2/23. They have just gotten worse since my last review. The taco bell in wauseon outshines this one by miles. In the years of going to the wauseon taco bell, i have had very few issues with them. With this one here in Napoleon, it is almost every time i go there is an issue. They can't give you fresh food to save their lives no matter how nicely you ask for it fresh even if you have to wait. If your taco bell can't even make a soft warm fluffy chalupa shell right while the customer is willing to wait, than that taco bell needs an entire new staff or needs someone staring over their shoulders making sure they do things at least halfway decent. Seems like this taco bells goal is to mess up as much as possible to stop people from coming so that the workers don't actually have to work cause no way an individual store messes up orders as frequently as this on. Always cold food here. They make stuff as sloppy as possible to the point that there was no way that could've been an accident. Underloading with meat but overloading on lettuce and cheese giving me lettuce and cheese tacos or chalupas half the time. When the volcano menu and the beefy crunch finally come back, i am going to the wauseon taco bell just so i know it will taste right when i finally get to try them again. I've heard the morning shift is good but i never go in the mornings to know if that is true or not. There is one guy that when i see him working there though, my food tends to always taste better. I don't know the man's name, but he works later shifts, walks to work, looks a little scruffy, but that man deserves a raise and should be the role model others try to be as there. Idk if he is the one cooking my food or not but anytime i see him there, i know my food will be okay that time

They got my order wrong and left out the beans and included the sour cream :( It was about 10pm on a Wednesday night. Very nice people btw. I had the feeling they were closed but drive through was open. Was kinda funny when one of the workers was like there's a man in here 😆

As we sat eating our meal, a lady walked in with her pitbull. The dog was on a leash but she didn't pay any attention to it. It barked had its front paws on the counter and went and checked out my husband at the drink machine. If that wasn't enough, an employee ate her food at the service counter while she talked to the lady with the dog. If it would have been during the day I would have looked up the Board of Health number and called . Several employees talked to dog lady so my guess is this is a normal occurrence. She was there for at least 20 minutes at the service counter.
