I hate writing a review like this, but Hannah or however you spell it is extremely rude. She’s a GREAT example of what customer service should NOT be. Anytime before she was here that I would come was pleasant, I can honestly say she creates a hostile work environment just from how she talks to her peers & employees alike. She also causes a discomfort to me as well as other customers. Huge amount of negativity for someone in what’s supposed to be a positive environment. I used to manage a Taco Bell and never would I ever speak to ANYONE the way she speaks to customers AND co workers. I speak to my animals better than she talks to actual humans. I value customer service and like I said she exemplifies what it should NOT be. I hate writing this because I LOVE Taco Bell and this is not Living Más attitude. :(

I always get the Nacho Bell Grande, with extra meat and sour cream. Too bad they still don't have the green onions back. I miss the nacho supreme combo. Jalapenos there seem spicier than other jalapenos. Most times great service and food. Others the food seems skimpy. Getting too expensive for my family.

They sucked. Totally got my order wrong. Check your order before you leave. The lady Keep trying to tell me I order a 1 combo. When I order combo 3 with a burrito supreme on the side. They seemed confused 😕

As far as fast food goes, taco bell is good. The food usually makes me sick to my stomach, but it is cheap and you can get a lot of it! I get almost nostalgic remembering how much I enjoyed Taco Bell as a kid.

On the very rare occasion, that I'm going to have Taco Bell. This is the location I chose. Staff is typically nice. They typically don't miss things in your orders. Food is good, and warmed up.... At least to Taco Bell standards.

Too many teeny-boppers work here and aren't trained to be at their best. From my food being warm or hot on the outside and once u take that first bite, your teeth are stung by the frozen middle part of the food item. They tend to falsely advertise a few items as they don't have them available without stating certain items on their menus in the drive-thru, are only at participating stores/areas. but have the item still on the menu as an option. Very frustrating I say

Alright, I’m a business owner!! And sadly I have never had a place mess up my orders so many times. Either missing food or get the order completely wrong.. This time I took my food back because I asked for two combs that had three tacos with just meat, cheese and our cream. Which three came with just meat and cheese and other with meat cheese and lettuce( which I didn’t want lettuce).. the “manager” lied to me and said that the board said it only had one order like that. Which I clearly know it’s a lie since I have worked at Taco Bell before.. it took 25 minutes to get my order done.. You didn’t even get the “one” you said was only on the board so it’s funny to me, I’ll be going to the other Taco Bell in town.

Placed an app order while sitting in the restaurant, and it took over 20 minutes to receive 8 items. No explanation from the staff.
