I can say that I have had the worst Taco Bell experience ever. At around 9 p.m. on 8.28, I waited for the cashier for more than 20 minutes. They ignored me and only cared about drive through. When I drew attention, they told me to wait a little longer. Then why do you keep it open? Disrespectful people working here.

We have been to this location multiple times. I’ve had an okay experience. They’ve messed up my order a few times but tonight this woman closed the store at 10:45 when we arrived. We waited for 8 minutes at the speaker & was ignored then went to the window & the lady screamed “my clock says we’re closed!” Refused to even look at us it was extremely disrespectful & disheartening that someone would take such drastic measures to disrespect a customer

Got the nacho fries and they had 0 seasoning honestly disappointing scared to bite into my spicy potato tacos

I’ve been to this Taco Bell for a long time already and never had any type of problems but it’s been twice now and this was couple days ago I’ve ordered from drive thru and this same exact Hispanic lady always messing up my orders. I She seem to not like her job. Always chit chatting and seem to always be yelling at her co workers instead paying attention to customers. I’ve seen and heard her yelling at customers ahead of me because of her own mistakes. This person would start a fight with a customer if it doesn’t go her way. I will not be coming back unless she is gone.

Worst ever!!! Its the same lady who is disrespecting customer time after time. I, too have been a victim to this lady who happens to be a manager, therefore seems to have an authority to simply get a way with such a horrible attitude. I waited on a drive through about 5 minutes and when it was my turn to order she couldn't give me just 1 minutes before she start hurrying me and ended up making me so nervous I shouted at her to stop being so rude during my order and let me order without you hurrying me. She then got so mad, she refused to serve me. Story gets even better. I somehow convinced to get my order placed and pull up to pick up at window. That's when she start talking non-sense about how I come here all the time and she doesn't know why I got so angry, blah blah blah. She then again refused to serve me again, because I said, "just take my money and give me the food so I can get outta here" This lady is so completely out of control. Her people skill is at 3 max out of 10, which makes her so not qualified as manager.

Not all Taco Bell's are created equally. This one was a good one.it was understaffed and they seemed to working hard to make the food. I had doubts but when the items came out they looked good, we're nice and hot and tasted fresh. This was first time I tried the crispy soft tacos and those were tasty.

Horrible place, I will never eat at taco bell again. The food is very small and doesn't taste that good. It took them way too long to make the food (I didn't order much) and they ended up messing up the order. Don't order the cheese quesadilla, it's the cheese mix from Costco, the one that has almost no taste. 1 star

I went here a few times and have had issues with the order. I had ordered a special order of things added and some not wanted due to allergy and they completely mess it up. When I go inside to complain, the employees look at you angrily as if they don’t and won’t make mistakes when they see you walking in with a bag. When I complain and speak to the manager, the order is redone and still made the wrong way and so the manager had to make my whole order because the employees made errors not once but twice. It’s made to order so I don’t understand the errors if it’s even on the screen they have to read off of to make the order. The employees should get more training and make sure they understand what is being read. It’s been multiple times I’ve gone and something has gone wrong.
