User Reviews

This restaurant got a 5 start and the only reason why I even decide to do a review is due to the fact I got my food kinda cold and I talk to the manager and they gave me a new order they even let me keep my old one. I recommend this place clean and vary hip. I love this taco bell in mocksville probably a better chill spot then the McDonald's in mocksville. 👍💯🙌

This Taco Bell is hit or miss. One day it's great, next time not. Yesterday was a miss. The website says Fresco style is still an option, the employees told me it is not. I know the pico is gone, but Fresco was still an option on the kiosk. Even after mentioning what the Fresco style should be, I couldn't get my items that way. Are regular crunchy tacos not available anymore? All we got were the Doritos shells. Taco Bell also is becoming habitual with advertising items on the menu board that are no longer available.

They always slamming windows in you and your family face, completely rude employees. That lil heffa almost got slapped today! I got my drinks with no straws, was told to have a nice day, window slammed in my face still didnt have my food that I already paid for after she slammed the window again, literally cussed and screamed to the top of her lungs at me infront of other customers like a maniac taco lady nd was turning red. No managers did anything about it ofcourse....so I will be going to contact corporate and file a complaint about the employee cussing at me and never return to that location.. my problem solved!

went through drive through tonight, she kept rushing us through our order, she got our order wrong and then said it was our fault it was wrong when we told her it was wrong and she had it wrong on screen. said “need any sauce?” my dad still trying to order & she says “SAUCE!!!!!”. and he said “ummm mild please”. & we got to the window and he said “thank you, but please have patience next time.” she slammed the window, he said “manger please.” she opened the window, stuck her tongue out and said nope!!!! was SOOO nasty!!!!!! love the food but will never be back to the mocksville Taco bell!!!

Staff was SO NICE! Orders are always correct and we are always greeted with a smile. All taco bells should practice these customer satisfaction actions

taco bell is a lot better than other fast food places. it tastes better, it's probably healthier, it's just good. I like to get the crunchwrap supreme, which is indeed crunchy.

I guess it just depends on the day and the workers who serve you. In the times I have gone I have either had a great interaction and decent food. While other times have had rude workers help me and food that can only be described as lackluster.

Every single time we go through the drive through something is always missing when I get home. Last week 2 tacos, this week 2 chicken quesadillas….why is it so hard to read off a screen, make order, put in bag? I’m confused
